About me and my therapy practice
I offer a quiet, safe, confidential space where you can take time to talk about what's happening with you, whatever that may be. I work with adults and couples on a variety of issues.
I work psychodynamically and relationally. I facilitate exploring your experiences, feelings, and unconscious processes. I help you understand how these might affect your relationships with others and with yourself.
Revealing ourselves can make us feel vulnerable - whatever you share, I don't judge you. All of your thoughts and feelings, whether you think they’re nice or not-so-nice, are welcome. And so are you.
I have experience working with:
Anger
Anxiety
Bereavement
Bereavement by suicide
Carers/caregiving
Depression
Family conflict
Infidelity
Loneliness
Loss
Obsessive thoughts and fears
Relationship issues
Self esteem
Self-harming
Stress
Suicidal thoughts
I offer open-ended therapy based on your needs. If you want to know about my availability or to arrange for a phone consult, I welcome your inquiry.

About me and my therapy practice
I supervise integratively and relationally. My core training is in person-centred and psychodynamic modalities although I welcome supervisees who practice from different frameworks.
In supervision, I am as interested in your processes and experiences as I am in hearing about your clients. I take a holistic view to your work while honouring that supervision is not therapy.
The seven-eyed model of supervision is a key frame for my supervisory practice. I facilitate reflective practice, ethical thinking and practice, and having an awareness of our edges and challenges.
