About me and my therapy practice

Psychotherapy with me offers a confidential and emotionally safe space for reflection, clarity, and growth.  A place where you can speak freely and feel genuinely heard.

I work with individuals navigating a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, low mood, trauma, bereavement, identity shifts, relational difficulties, and personal development. My practice is grounded in compassion, clinical integrity, and a deep respect for each person’s unique story.

As an integrative psychotherapist, I draw on a broad therapeutic framework - including EMDR, CBT, and relational psychotherapy - to tailor our work to your needs. My approach is informed not only by professional training, but by lived experience. I understand the complexity of emotional life and the quiet strength it takes to seek support.

Therapy is collaborative and responsive. It’s not a clinical transaction - it’s a human process. I aim to create a space where you feel safe enough to be vulnerable, and supported enough to move forward with confidence and self-trust.

My supervision style is collaborative, reflective, and grounded in safeguarding awareness. I aim to create a space where supervisees feel supported, professionally held, and encouraged to explore their therapeutic identity with confidence and care.  I believe in working with respect and openness - where supervision is always a place to speak freely.

Practice description

Clinical Supervision

My supervision practice is rooted in relational depth, clinical integrity, and a commitment to emotional safety for both supervisees and their clients.

Originally trained in person-centred and psychodynamic approaches, I’ve since integrated CBT into my therapeutic framework, allowing for a flexible and responsive style that supports a wide range of client presentations.  I believe in developing my training and have now incorporated EMDR into my practice as a therapist.  I have experience working with both children and adults across diverse settings, and I bring this breadth into supervision with care and nuance.

I offer supervision for:

• Counsellors in private practice

• Counsellors in training (including training reports)

• Individuals and groups working within organisations

Reduced rates are available for trainee therapists working toward required counselling hours.

My aim as a supervisor is to foster open, reflective, and ethically sound relationships. I offer a space where supervisees can explore their therapeutic work with confidence, curiosity, and support. I place strong emphasis on safeguarding, ethical practice, and the wellbeing of both therapist and client.

Choosing a supervisor is a meaningful decision. Whether you're seeking supervision for the first time or navigating a transition, I offer an initial consultation to explore what you need and how I might support you.

Supervision is available in person, via video link, or by phone.

For further details, please visit my website.
