Availability
I currently have availability for online therapy sessions with clients across the UK.
All sessions take place via telephone or video call, offering a flexible and confidential space to explore what’s been weighing on you, from the comfort of your own home.
I offer reduced-fee sessions (£25) on Wednesdays and Fridays, created for those who are experiencing financial hardship and might otherwise go without therapy. These spaces are limited and are booked week to week. My standard fee for full fee sessions is £50.
I work primarily with women navigating self-esteem issues, grief, trauma, relationship patterns, and the search for a clearer sense of self. My approach is warm, down-to-earth and conversational. I blend psychological insight with compassion and honesty.
All sessions are available within the hours of 9am to 7pm.
If you’re unsure whether online or phone therapy would suit you, I’m happy to arrange a short introductory call to discuss what you need and for you to get a feel for how it would be to talk week to week. There's no obligation to book, you're free to use it as a time to make sense of your thoughts and what you need.
About me and my therapy practice
I work in a way that helps you understand yourself more deeply, not by 'fixing' you, but by exploring what’s underneath the patterns, emotions and defences that have been keeping you stuck. My approach is relational and psychodynamic, meaning I pay close attention to how your past experiences, early relationships and inner world shape the way you feel and relate today.
Therapy with me isn’t about quick solutions or textbook advice. It’s a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been ignored, silenced or lost. Sometimes that means sitting with discomfort or uncertainty for a while, but we’ll do that together, at your pace.
Clients often describe my style as honest and compassionate. I believe therapy works best when it feels human and collaborative, not clinical. Whether we’re talking about anxiety, grief, relationships or identity, I aim to help you build awareness and self-compassion, and to make sense of your story, in order to live more freely within it.
Our sessions take place online or over the phone, usually once a week, offering you space to think, feel and be understood, wherever you are in the UK.
Practice description
I work online and via the phone across the UK, providing therapy that’s grounded, relational, and centred on genuine human connection.
I listen closely to what you bring and what might be hidden underneath it, helping you make sense of how your experiences have shaped the way you think, feel and relate to others. Together we’ll look at the patterns that keep repeating, the emotions that feel too heavy to carry alone, and the parts of you that might have gone quiet along the way.
Clients often come to me during times of transition, loss or self-questioning. When life feels confusing, painful or directionless. I work at your pace, allowing time for reflection and honesty. My approach combines psychodynamic and trauma-informed perspectives, with a focus on attachment, identity, and self-understanding with a humanistic delivery.
Therapy with me is a collaborative process. You bring your experiences; I bring curiosity, compassion and gentle challenge. Over time, this process can lead to greater clarity, emotional resilience and a stronger sense of who you are.
I offer reduced-fee sessions (£25) on Tuesdays and Thursdays for those financially struggling, because I believe therapy should be accessible to as many people as possible.
My first session
The first session is a gentle starting point, a chance for us both to get a sense of whether we might work well together. There’s no pressure to commit beyond this; it’s simply an opportunity for you to talk a little about what’s brought you here, what you hope for from therapy, and how things have been since we last spoke during our initial introductory phone call.
Intake forms are done online, before our session, to help me have a better understanding of what life looks and feels like for you, and some background information, so that we don't have to use our first session for form-filling.
Therapy works best when you feel safe and supported, so our first meeting is about creating that foundation together and then building from there.
