I aim to create safe supportive and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thought's and feelings at their own space
I follow person centred therapy and practice humanistic therapy qualified in CBT and Children and couple therapy. I believe in real world settings, building relationships with my clients based on trust and confidentiality. My experience lies on helping my clients to make informed decisions in dealing with bereavement, substance abuse, anger management, sexual health, depression, relationship issues, anxiety, low self-esteem, grief and loss, couple counselling,family and self esteem.

Practice description
I believe everyone deserves a space where they can feel truly heard, understood and accepted. I place a great importance on empathy, respect and unique experiences each person brings.
I work interactively, drawing on range of therapeutic approaches so that our work together can be tailored to your individual needs rather than a one-size-fits-all method, I focus on what feels most helpful and supportive for you.
I aim to create a safe environment where you can talk openly about whatever is on your mind whether you are facing specific challenge or feeling overwhelmed or simply want to understand yourself more deeply. The aim is for you to find clarity, resilience, and a greater sense of wellbeing. Teaching out can be a challenge and you don't have to do it alone. I do use a range of counselling modalities including person centered, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) , this allows me to adapt the way we work together so it feels mist helpful and meaningful for you.
Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, experiencing anxiety or low mood, navigating relationships or simply wanting to understand yourself more deeply, counselling can offer a space to explore what is going on for you.
My aim is to walk alongside you at your pace, supporting you to find your own strengths, clarity, and direction.
My first session
We will do a client, therapist contract together and there is a very short assessment to do.
