About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified accredited integrative therapist offering a confidential and understanding service for adults, children and young people who are facing a range of challenges and emotional difficulties.
My practice is largely informed by Internal Family Systems & Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, with interest in how our nervous system stores experiences within our body. I will work with you to understand how your experiences connect to you in the present day and explore how you can access inner healing or transformation.
There are many reasons why an individual seeks counselling, and I understand that it can feel like a big decision where you may feel nervous, uncertain or vulnerable.
My first step is to offer you a safe, non-judgemental space, where you will feel able to explore your own thoughts and feelings. This offers you space to understand the underlying feelings that can make you feel low, stuck, empty or overwhelmed. During our first interactions I will provide you with the information that you need to make an informed decision regarding your therapy, where we can work through the areas you would like to explore at a pace that you are comfortable with.
Having supported people in the public and voluntary sectors for over 15 years, with focus around working with those affected by domestic and/or sexual abuse. I have gained experience working with a variety of mental health challenges, abuse and other traumas, addiction, bereavement/loss, anxiety, stress and relationships issues. Understanding the impact that these experiences can have upon a person鈥檚 life has helped me develop a compassionate approach to my work.
I offer both short-term and long-term therapy (via zoom/telephone) to suit the needs of the individual.

About me and my therapy practice
I鈥檓 a 麻豆原创-accredited, trauma-trained therapist offering relational, body-based therapy for adults, children, and young people.
My work integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (SP) 鈥 two approaches that support healing from trauma, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and the quieter struggles that often go unseen. I also bring lived experience of neurodivergence, and I work with many clients who feel 鈥渄ifferent鈥 or overwhelmed by systems not built for them. You won鈥檛 need to mask or explain your way through therapy here - every part of you is welcome.
My approach is gentle, respectful, and always led by your pace. Whether you鈥檙e processing past experiences or simply trying to hold it together day to day, we鈥檒l work together with compassion and curiosity to understand what your system needs.
I鈥檝e supported people across public and voluntary sectors for over 15 years, with a focus on those impacted by domestic and sexual abuse. Along the way, I鈥檝e gained experience working with a wide range of mental health challenges including complex trauma, addiction, grief, anxiety, and relationship issues. These experiences have deepened my belief in the power of compassionate, attuned therapeutic work.
I offer both short-term and long-term therapy, tailored to the needs of each individual.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step - especially if parts of you are nervous, uncertain, or have never felt fully safe being seen.

I鈥檒l also share a bit about how I work, answer any questions you have, and check in with how your system is feeling about the process.
Whether you鈥檙e arriving with a clear goal or just a sense that something needs to shift, you鈥檒l be met with curiosity, respect, and care. Every part of you is welcome - even the ones that feel unsure.
