About me and my therapy practice

Sacred Self Psychotherapy is grounded in the belief that deep healing and transformation begin when we reconnect with our authentic, sacred essence. My approach integrates contemporary psychotherapy with a holistic, soul-centered perspective, honoring the emotional, psychological, spiritual and embodied dimensions of wellbeing.

I offer a warm, compassionate and collaborative space where you can explore life’s challenges, heal old patterns and develop a stronger sense of self-trust and wholeness. Together, we work to bring awareness to the unconscious beliefs, stories and relational dynamics shaping your experience. This process fosters insight, emotional release and the possibility of living with greater presence, purpose and freedom.

My work draws from depth psychotherapy, somatic awareness, mindfulness, transpersonal and attachment-based approaches. This means honoring both your inner wisdom and the therapeutic relationship as core pathways to healing. In our work, I guide you toward gentle yet profound self-inquiry, helping you reconnect with your body’s intelligence, your heart’s truth and your capacity for transformation.

Whether you are navigating anxiety, grief, loss, trauma, spiritual disconnection, or major life transitions, my intention is to help you experience yourself as unfolding, with each struggle holding the potential for growth and meaning.

Therapy at Sacred Self is not about fixing who you are but remembering and reclaiming who you’ve always been. It is an invitation to slow down, listen deeply and nurture the relationship with your sacred inner self.

Practice description

Sacred Self Psychotherapy is a space for deep exploration, healing, and personal transformation. My practice is centered on the understanding that lasting change arises when we approach the psyche with compassion, curiosity and respect for the sacred within each person. The work we do together is relational and intuitive, tailored to meet you where you are, supporting you to move toward greater emotional balance, clarity and authenticity.

Clients can expect sessions that unfold at a mindful pace, grounded in presence and acceptance. I invite you to bring your whole self, your story, struggles, longings and wisdom into the therapeutic space. Together, we explore the patterns and protective strategies that may once have helped you survive but no longer serve you. Through this process, new pathways for connection, trust and vitality begin to emerge.

My approach integrates depth-oriented psychotherapy, somatic awareness, attachment-based perspectives and mindfulness-based practice, as well as transpersonal and humanistic perspectives. These frameworks invite both psychological insight and embodied awareness, helping you reconnect with your inner guidance, emotions and values.

You can expect a gentle yet transformative process that supports healing at emotional, physical and spiritual levels. I work collaboratively, offering attuned presence, honest reflection and compassionate challenge when needed. Each session becomes an opportunity to remember who you are beneath conditioning and pain, to come home to your sacred self.

Therapy within this practice is not about striving for perfection but cultivating wholeness, learning to live more freely, courageously and in alignment with your truth.

My first session

The first session at Sacred Self Psychotherapy is an opportunity for us to begin building a therapeutic connection and to explore what brings you to therapy at this time. It is a gentle and collaborative process designed to help you feel safe, heard and understood.

During this initial meeting, we talk about what is happening in your life, the challenges or symptoms you are experiencing, and what you hope to gain from therapy. I may ask some background questions to understand your personal history and significant experiences that might inform our work together. This is not an assessment in the clinical sense but rather an open, compassionate inquiry into your story and your needs.

The session also offers you a chance to get a sense of how I work and whether my approach feels aligned for you. Therapy is most effective when there is trust and resonance, so this first meeting allows both of us to determine if we are a good fit. You are encouraged to ask any questions about the therapeutic process, confidentiality, or what to expect as we begin.

I offer the first session for 20-30 minutes as I believe the initial meeting is an essential part of the therapeutic journey. If you are new to therapy or uncertain about starting, we can move at a pace that feels comfortable and grounded.

My aim in this first session is to create a space of presence, empathy and curiosity so you can begin to sense the possibility of change and healing that therapy can offer. From there, we gently begin the deeper work of reconnecting with your sacred self and cultivating a path toward greater wholeness and wellbeing.

About me and my therapy practice

NeuroBridge Practice offers psychotherapy and reflective support for neurodivergent professionals and others navigating complex workplace and inner experiences. The practice is grounded in respect for the different ways people think, process and relate and is dedicated to fostering understanding, clarity and self-trust within both personal and professional contexts.

My approach is integrative, collaborative and neurodivergent‑affirming. Rather than offering solutions or direction, I provide a thoughtful and steady space to explore your internal experiences, relationship dynamics and communication patterns, as well as the wider systems in which you operate. The focus is not on changing who you are, but on developing a clearer understanding of how you think, respond and connect, within yourself and in the environments you move through.

Drawing on psychotherapy, workplace insight and an understanding of neurodiversity, I work with individuals experiencing burnout, overwhelm, relational strain or a sense of misalignment between their capacities and workplace demands. The process is reflective and paced by you, supporting gradual shifts in awareness, perspective and personal sustainability.

Over time, this work can deepen your sense of stability, authenticity and agency in professional and relational spaces. It can also help uncover patterns that may have developed in response to environments not designed with neurodiversity in mind.

NeuroBridge Practice bridges psychology and workplace reality, bringing together therapeutic depth with real-world understanding to help you navigate your professional life with more clarity, confidence and compassion for yourself.

Practice description

NeuroBridge Practice provides psychotherapy and workplace‑focused support for neurodivergent professionals, offering a reflective and grounded space to explore emotional wellbeing, identity, relationships and professional challenges. The work integrates psychotherapeutic depth with an understanding of corporate environments, making it particularly suited to those navigating complex roles, expectations, and communication dynamics in workplaces not always designed with neurodiversity in mind.

Clients can expect a collaborative and respectful process that develops at a steady, sustainable pace. Sessions are guided by your experiences and needs rather than a fixed structure or directive approach. Together, we explore patterns in thinking and relating, sources of stress or fatigue and how past experiences may shape your responses to current environments. This process supports greater clarity, confidence and internal coherence over time.

The practice takes a neurodivergent‑affirming stance, recognising that difference is not deficit and that many challenges arise from systemic or relational mismatches rather than individual shortcomings. Therapy offers a confidential space to reflect openly, without judgement on what it means to work, connect and live authentically as yourself.

Over time, this reflective work can help you move from constantly managing or masking towards a more sustainable sense of balance and self‑trust. It may also lead to new ways of engaging with colleagues, boundaries and roles that better align with your strengths and values.

NeuroBridge Practice exists to bridge psychological understanding with workplace reality so you can make sense of your experiences, strengthen self‑awareness and move through professional life with greater clarity, stability and respect for your own neurodivergent identity.

My first session

The first session at NeuroBridge Practice provides space for us to explore what brings you to therapy and to begin understanding how we might work together. It is a calm, reflective conversation rather than a formal assessment, designed to help you feel at ease and to begin identifying what feels most important for you right now.

During this session, we talk about your current experiences, whether that involves workplace difficulties, burnout, identity questions, relationship patterns or a sense of being out of step with your environment. You are welcome to share as much or as little as feels comfortable. My role is to listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions and begin developing a shared understanding of your needs, priorities, and hopes for therapy.

I outline how the process works, what you can expect from sessions and some of the practicalities around confidentiality, boundaries and structure. We also explore what supports safety and comfort for you within the therapeutic space, particularly important for neurodivergent clients who may process information or experience connection in different ways.

The first session is offered at the standard rate and duration. There are no forms or diagnostic tools to complete, our focus is on establishing a relational foundation of trust and psychological safety. This initial meeting is also a chance for you to decide if the approach feels like a good fit.

By the end of the session, we will have a shared sense of direction and how therapy might best support you moving forward. The goal is for you to leave with a clearer understanding of what this reflective work can offer, a space to think carefully, deepen self‑understanding and begin bridging the gap between who you are and the environments you move through.
