About me and my therapy practice
Reaching out for support isn’t easy — especially when you’re feeling anxious, low, overwhelmed, or just not quite yourself. If that’s where you are right now, you’re not alone. Therapy can offer a space to slow down, make sense of what’s going on, and begin to move forward — gently and at your own pace.
I’m a Â鶹Դ´-accredited therapist, and my approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in respect for your unique experience. I won’t rush you, give you homework, or tell you what to do — but I will be alongside you as we explore what feels stuck and what might help shift things. Some people come to therapy with clear goals; others just know that something needs to change. Either way, we can figure it out together.
Clients often tell me they appreciate having a space where they don’t need to pretend or perform — where they can be fully themselves, even if they’re not sure who that is yet. Whether you're facing a big life change, struggling with low self-worth, navigating difficult relationships, or feeling exhausted by anxiety or pressure to keep it all together, you’re welcome here.
I offer online sessions via Zoom, so you can connect from wherever feels most comfortable. If anything here resonates and you’re curious about working together, feel free to get in touch. I offer a short, free introductory call — just a chance to say hello, ask any questions, and see how it feels, with no pressure to commit.
Practice description
I’m a Â鶹Դ´-accredited counsellor with a Level 6 Diploma in Integrative Counselling. My core training draws on person-centred, relational, and psychodynamic approaches, which means our work can be tailored to what’s most helpful for you — whether that’s exploring past experiences, untangling current challenges, or making space for who you’re becoming.
Alongside my core training, I’ve completed additional learning in areas such as:
Grief and bereavement – offering space to process different forms of loss in your own time
Anxiety and depression – working gently with difficult emotions and exploring what might ease the weight
Trauma – helping you understand the impact of what you’ve been through, without rushing your process
Mindfulness and emotional regulation – supporting clients seeking more balance, steadiness, or calm
Social anxiety – building confidence and trust in relationships and everyday interactions
Imposter syndrome and self-doubt – gently challenging the inner critic and reconnecting with your worth
Low self-esteem – nurturing a more compassionate, grounded relationship with yourself
I also regularly engage in ongoing professional development and reflective practice. No two people are the same, and I aim to bring curiosity, flexibility, and care to each session.
