I am an experienced integrative psychotherapist, counsellor, accredited supervisor, and coach. I specialise in helping individuals and professionals manage stress, burnout, and self-doubt, empowering them to build resilience, regain confidence, and create meaningful, lasting change in both their personal and professional lives.

With a deep commitment to bridging the gap between mental well-being and workplace performance, I founded Therapeutic Coaching Solutions (TCS). My practice offers a holistic, evidence-based approach that combines psychotherapy, psychology, coaching, and leadership development. Rather than offering short-term fixes, I work with clients to address the root causes of emotional distress, career stagnation, and performance challenges.

My first session

In our assessment session, I take the time to fully understand your unique situation, personally and professionally. Rather than a one-size-fits-all assessment, I offer a collaborative conversation that explores your goals, challenges, and what support feels right for you. This helps lay the foundation for a therapeutic process that is both tailored and impactful from the very beginning.

I do not rush the assessment session; it's an opportunity to see if we’re the right fit and to begin mapping a path forward together. I also offer a reduced rate for this first session to make it more accessible and to give you space to make an informed decision without pressure.

Unlike many traditional therapists, I integrate therapeutic and coaching approaches from the outset, meaning our work together is designed to support both emotional well-being and practical progress in your life or career.
