Availability
Currently, my availability in Shoreditch is Wednesdays between 7.30 am and 2.30 pm.
About me and my therapy practice
"We often carry more than one culture, more than one story, and more than one Self."
About Me
I am a UKCP-accredited and Â鶹Դ´-registered Integrative Psychotherapist working with individuals and couples in Shoreditch, East London and online internationally. Therapy is available in English, French, German, Serbian and Spanish.
Many of the people I work with are navigating life between cultures — expats, mixed-heritage individuals, and internationally mobile professionals exploring identity, belonging, and life transitions. I offer a warm, reflective and non-judgmental space where you can explore whatever brings you to therapy, at your own pace.
How I work
My integrative approach draws on Relational, Person-Centred, Trauma-Informed, and Somatic methods, tailored to each individual or couple. Therapy is collaborative and client-led — you bring what matters most, and we explore it together.
Individual therapy
I offer short-term (up to 12 sessions) and open-ended work. People come to me with:
Stress, anxiety and overwhelm
Depression and low mood
Anger and anger management
Loss and bereavement
Relationship difficulties
Work stress and burnout
Low confidence or self-esteem
Trauma and PTSD
Life transitions and family challenges
Social anxiety
Psychedelic preparation and integration
Expat and multicultural clients
With Eastern European and West African heritage, I grew up across France and Germany before moving to the UK. I understand the emotional complexity of building a life in a new culture — the excitement, uncertainty, and gradual process of finding belonging. I work with expats, migrants, third-culture individuals, and multicultural couples navigating identity, cultural adjustment, and belonging.
Couples therapy
I offer couples therapy from an attachment-based perspective, helping partners explore patterns of communication and emotional dynamics, fostering understanding and new ways of relating.
