About me and my therapy practice
In my experience of working with clients, I have often found that communication is frequently undervalued in their lives. I believe that when individuals begin to express authentically how they feel and what they have experienced, communication can become a powerful part of the healing process. Together, we can explore ways to develop coping strategies and management techniques that are uniquely suited to you, as well as consider potential changes within your life, environment, patterns, and behaviours.
I hold each client’s autonomy and self-determination in the highest regard. Acceptance can sometimes feel distant and difficult to reach alone, but within a supportive and non-judgemental therapeutic environment, you are invited to explore your emotions and develop a deeper sense of self and wellbeing.
I have a particular interest and experience in working with relationship issues, trauma-related difficulties, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and with clients managing or recovering from health conditions, supporting them to enhance their mental health and emotional wellbeing.
With additional specialist training in couples counselling, I provide therapy for couples and families, supporting healthier communication, deeper understanding, and more connected relationships.
As a qualified person-centred supervisor, I offer clinical supervision to both qualified counsellors and counselling trainees. My approach to supervision is collaborative and reflective, providing a supportive space to explore client work, professional development, and self-awareness within ethical and person-centred principles.
I offer face-to-face sessions from my private practices in Richmond, London, and Hampshire, as well as online therapy for clients across the UK.

My first session
The first session is about connecting and beginning a trusting relationship. It’s a space for you to be listened to and understood, at your own pace, and to explore any challenges you’re facing in your life or mental wellbeing. If helpful, we can arrange a brief phone call beforehand to answer practical questions, there’s no assessment or questionnaire. Sessions are at the standard rate, with the focus always on you.
