I am a holistic counsellor offering a gentle, embodied and intuitive approach to healing. My work is rooted in the belief that true change happens not only through understanding our past, but through learning how to feel, connect and to fully experience ourselves in the present moment.

Clients often come to me when they feel stuck in their healing journey - when they have been to therapy before, have gained good insight, yet still feel the same patterns in their life and body. I support individuals who struggle to be with emotions, find it difficult to stay present, or long for deeper connection, belonging and inner awareness.

My practice offers a compassionate space to slow down, explore what is held in the mind and body and reconnect to your authentic self. Together we will work gently with the body and nervous system to build safety and awareness, supporting you to process pain and trauma and helping you to navigate the fight/flight/freeze/fawn/flop responses.

Each person’s healing journey is unique, sessions flow with what naturally comes up and are intuitively guided and grounded in both psychological and spiritual approaches, drawn from:

I offer an initial complimentary 15 minute telephone consultation to give you the opportunity to answer any questions you may have and to see if we are a suitable fit to work together.

All sessions are conducted online via Zoom or telephone. To begin with, the work together is around building safety and capacity in the mind, body and nervous system and to discuss what you really want to get out of this work. I will help you to understand how the mind and body interact and how to work with your own thoughts, feelings, sensations and energies.

I encourage client autonomy which means we will work at your own pace and for what feels right and comfortable for you. I will offer up what I intuitively feel you might need and guide the session as such, if and when this feels comfortable for you.

I encourage client autonomy which means we will work at your own pace and for what feels right and comfortable for you. I will offer up what I intuitively feel you might need and guide the session as such, if and when this feels comfortable for you.
