About me and my therapy practice
At times, life鈥檚 storms can leave us feeling adrift- uncertain, overwhelmed, or unable to move forward despite our best efforts. Counselling provides a safe space to explore these feelings and make sense of the experience behind them.
As your Counsellor, I will walk alongside you with empathy and respect, encouraging you to reflect with self compassion and honesty. Together we鈥檒l explore new perspectives and uncover the inner resources that can help you navigate life鈥檚 challenges with confidence.
Practice description
I warmly welcome neurodivergent clients. including those who are undiagnosed. Having ADHD myself, I understand the unique experiences that come with neurodivergence.
