About me and my therapy practice
Life throws curveballs. We all face challenges, big and small, that can leave us feeling lost, overwhelmed, or stuck. Whether it's navigating relationship issues, managing anxiety or depression, or simply seeking personal growth, seeking support is a sign of strength.

When we make the connections to the root of difficult patterns of thoughts and behaviours, we begin to see a way forward and realise how we can facilitate change, and work towards a growing sense of inner peace and contentment.
My way of working is gentle but sufficiently challenging to help you grow and ensuring that I work at a pace that suits you. In all cases, however, I seek to establish a safe, accepting and trusting environment, in which the client feels fully able to explore issues and find ways forward.
