This small coaching group for women will run from a central Canterbury Location (in person). It has been created with women in mind who want a supportive space to reconnect with themselves and cultivate inner clarity. We will blend coaching, breath work and reflective exercises. With a maximum of 5-6 members in each group we aim to create a safe, confidential environment where women can grow and thrive together. Who is this group for? Women who want group connections, reflective discussion and facilitated exploration. This group aims to provide community and deep personal insight.About me and my therapy practice
I offer a warm and compassionate therapeutic space where you can explore your experiences safely and at your own pace. My approach integrates psychotherapy and coaching psychology, which means we explore together to understand your past and to support meaningful change in the present. For many clients - especially those recovering from difficult relationships this work helps to reduce overwhelm and confusion and helps to rebuild self- trust and clarity.

About me and my therapy practice
Are you a therapist looking to enhance your skills and expand your private practice? Join me to learn a coaching approach called mBraining (mBIT Coaching for short).
When you are licensed as an mBIT Coach you will gain access to a growing international network of coaches. You will also access our mentoring and practice groups for your own personal development as an mBIT Coach.
Our trainings run from The University of Kent campus. The campus is just an hour from London, which makes it easy to travel back and forth if you live near London. Alternatively there is on site accommodation on campus.
The campus sits on 300 acres of parkland overlooking the historic city of Canterbury - combining a tranquil, green, peaceful environment (good for reflection and study). Tis makes it ideal for coach training and personal development workshops if you value a calm, reflective environment alongside accessible connections to major cities.
The learning spaces across campus give a strong infrastructure for study and breakout spaces to practice your newly learnt coaching skills.
Cinema & Theatre & Live Entertainment @ The University of Kent
The Gulbenkian Arts centre has a 340 seat theatre, a 300 seat cinema and houses a cafe/bar where you can get food or drinks before and during breaks and after your training day.
In the surrounding city of Canterbury (just a short trip from campus), there are additional venues, restaurants and cafes to enjoy your time in this historical city.
What this means is you don't have to leave the campus for a night out, everything is within walking distance.
