About me and my therapy practice
Welcome. You may have found your way here because something in your life feels out of balance, painful, or hard to name.
Therapy is a space to gently pause, reflect, and reconnect—with yourself, your needs, and the parts of you that may have gone unheard for some time.
I offer a calm and compassionate environment where you can explore whatever is coming up, without fear of judgement. As an integrative therapist, I draw from a range of approaches to suit your unique needs—whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, self-doubt and inner criticism, or simply seeking greater understanding of yourself.
My focus is on helping you make sense of your experiences, notice your patterns, and begin to relate to yourself with more kindness and clarity. Together, we’ll work at your pace to uncover what’s been getting in the way—and move toward greater ease, meaning, and emotional freedom.

My first session
The first session offers space to explore what you’re looking for from therapy.
We’ll talk through what’s bringing you here, any concerns or goals you may have, and what you hope to gain from the process. This 50-minute session also gives you a sense of how I work, so you can decide whether it feels like the right fit for you. If you choose to continue, we can discuss how ongoing sessions might support your journey.
