About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative therapist offering long and short term counselling.
My therapeutic style that is empathic, relational, and non-judgemental. I use creative techniques in therapy including mindfulness, sub-personality work, internal family systems, creative visualisations, and body awareness tailored according to your needs.
I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds with a wide range of emotional, personal and relational difficulties, towards building healthy coping strategies.
My approach is informed by different schools of thought, including psychodynamic, person-centred and transpersonal.
I also have many years of professional experience supporting people who experienced abuse and trauma. Alongside with my private practice, I managed a leading therapeutic service providing counselling and group work to survivors of VAWG for many years. Therefore I bring my understanding of the long lasting impacts of the trauma and a wide variety of adverse childhood experiences on our lives. I currently work at the NHS as a counsellor, group facilitator and trainer.
I also deliver self-care, wellbeing and staff welfare trainings for VAWG, human rights, social work organizations, around vicarious (secondary) trauma, compassion fatigue and burn out. I provide consultancy, psychological needs assessments, and reflective practice sessions to organizations around staff wellbeing and trauma informed practice.
Would it be for you?
You may be going through a difficult time in your life and your experiences may feel too painful to live with. These experiences may come in the forms of loss, anger, stress, depression, anxiety, worry, confusion, guilt, shame, self-doubt.. Whether you have personal or relational difficulties, counselling might help you to explore your self and inner resources to change or move within your inner world with peace and ease. It may bring awareness. And through awareness we can grow; as we all have the potential to do so, given the opportunity.
My first session
I offer an initial consultation session to give you an opportunity to get to know me and my working style. You can get a better sense of my approach and decide whether is right for you or not before making a commitment to therapy. In the initial consultation I also assess whether I am the right professional to support your needs.
I have limited concession slots available.

About me and my therapy practice
As an accredited and experienced therapist, I offer both individual and group supervision.
Supervision is a safe space to focus on your work, reflect, explore ethical issues in a setting where you will be receiving constructive feedback to improve your work, maintain ethical framework and ensure safety. It is an important tool for professionals to keep their work in check, and maintain their wellbeing whilst dealing with work related issues. I offer supervision to counsellors to support their therapeutic impact and share clinical responsibility. Supervision is widely used by counsellors, yet it is also relevant for all other helping professionals such as healthcare workers, social workers, charity workers and so on. Supervision is either 1:1 or in group setting depending on the need and setting.
