About me and my therapy practice
Life can feel hard at times, and it can bring challenges that leave us feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, disempowered, or consumed by difficult thoughts and emotions. If you are looking for support because you feel anxious, angry, sad, stressed, stuck, or confused about what is happening for you, you are in the right place.
Counselling can help, and I would like to help. Together, we can explore what is going on beneath the surface and work towards long-term, sustainable change, helping you move forward, feel better about yourself, and feel more empowered about the future.
I am an experienced, fully qualified counsellor, psychotherapist, hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner, with a strong background in coaching, behavioural change, and Learning & Development. I believe that with the right support, everyone has the capacity to develop new resources, gain clarity, and create a more fulfilling life.
I specialise in supporting people through loss, grief and bereavement, as well as relationship difficulties in personal or professional settings, anger, anxiety, low self-esteem, and confidence-related challenges.

Therapy works best when you feel comfortable with the person you choose to work with.
My role is to offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space where we can explore what is happening for you and work together towards meaningful change.
I am an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist, which means I tailor the way we work to your individual needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. I draw on a range of therapeutic methods, including psychodynamic, emotional-focused and behavioural approaches, as well as TEAM CBT, NLP and hypnotherapy where appropriate.
My style is warm, collaborative and practical. I believe therapy can help you understand yourself more deeply, recognise patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop new ways of responding to life’s challenges. My background in coaching, behavioural change and Learning & Development also shapes the way I work, supporting clients not only to reflect, but also to create practical and sustainable change
