I currently offer appointments during the following times:

Monday 鈥 Friday: 8:00 AM 鈥 7:00 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM 鈥 12:00 PM (Limited availability / Out of office outside these hours)

Sunday: Closed

I aim to provide flexible appointment times where possible, including morning and evening sessions, to accommodate different schedules.

Availability may vary depending on current bookings, so I encourage you to get in touch to discuss a time that works best for you. If your preferred time is not immediately available, I am happy to offer alternatives or add you to the waiting list.

If I am due to take any planned time off, I will communicate this in advance and ensure continuity of care where appropriate.

About me and my therapy practice

My work is rooted in an integrative approach, drawing from Person-Centred and Psychodynamic therapy, with a strong intercultural awareness. I recognise that no two individuals experience life in the same way, and I honour the complexity of each person鈥檚 story, identity, and lived experience.

At the heart of my work is a relationship. I offer a client-led space where trust, safety, and authenticity can develop over time. I am not here to 鈥渇ix鈥 you, but to walk alongside you, gently supporting you in making sense of your inner world, your patterns, and the parts of yourself that may feel unseen, unheard, or misunderstood.

My approach invites depth. Together, we explore not only what is happening in the present but also the underlying experiences and narratives that may be shaping how you feel, relate, and respond. This process can bring clarity, self-awareness, and a deeper connection to who you are.

Alongside traditional talking therapy, I integrate creative ways of working. When words feel limited, I draw on my experience in the arts, drama, and play-based approaches to support expression and exploration. This allows for a more intuitive and embodied process of healing and understanding.

I offer both short-term and long-term therapy, adapting to your needs and where you are in your journey. My role is to provide a grounded, compassionate, and reflective space鈥攚here you can slow down, explore freely, and begin to reconnect with yourself in a more honest and meaningful way.

What to Expect

Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, and it is natural to feel uncertain about what to expect. Our work together will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you, with space to explore whatever brings you to therapy.

In our sessions, you can expect a warm, supportive, and confidential environment where you are listened to with care and without judgment. You will have the freedom to speak openly about your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, even if they feel unclear or difficult to express. Where words are hard to find, we can also use creative approaches to support expression and understanding.

My approach is client-led, meaning you are at the centre of the process. Together, we will gently explore patterns, emotions, and experiences that may be impacting your wellbeing, helping you to gain insight, self-awareness, and clarity over time. Therapy may at times feel challenging, but it can also be a space for reflection, growth, and meaningful change.

I offer both short-term and longer-term therapy, depending on your needs and goals. Our therapeutic relationship is built on trust, respect, and collaboration, creating a safe space for you to explore who you are and who you are becoming.

Above all, you can expect to be met with empathy, honesty, and genuine care throughout your therapeutic journey.

My first session

First Session Details

Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, and it鈥檚 completely natural to feel unsure or even a little nervous. The first session is designed to be a calm, welcoming space where you can start to share your story at a pace that feels right for you鈥攖here is no pressure to have everything figured out.

During this session, you will be invited to complete a gentle 鈥淕etting to Know You鈥 form, which includes a background assessment. This helps me understand more about you, your experiences, and what may have brought you to seek support.

We will also talk through how we can work together, including a simple client鈥搕herapist agreement to create clarity, safety, and shared understanding as we move forward.

Together, we will begin exploring what you would like to gain from therapy and identifying personal and therapeutic goals that feel meaningful to you. This is a collaborative process, and your voice remains at the centre throughout.

Most importantly, this first session is an opportunity for you to see how you feel in the space鈥攚hether you feel comfortable, supported, and able to begin this journey.
