About me and my therapy practice
Do you long for relationships where you don’t have to shrink or second-guess yourself? You might be the one others lean on - steady, empathic, always holding it together. But inside, it can feel like you’re carrying the weight of everything and everyone.
You might long for space to just be - to feel more grounded, self-trusting, and less anxious in your relationships and body.
I work with high-functioning women in their 20s to 40s who are ready to explore how past relationships shape their present. Many are deeply empathic and emotionally aware often the ones others turn to. But underneath, they might feel stuck in self-doubt, one-sided patterns, and unsure how to fully trust themselves.
You might
• Struggle to trust your needs or say no
• Feel responsible for others’ emotions
• Carry stress, self-doubt, or a sense of not-enoughness
• Suppress your own needs to keep the peace
• Second-guess your feelings or wonder if you’re overreacting
• Long for relationships where you don’t have to shrink
Therapy can help you make space for your needs so you can feel more grounded, more self-trusting, and less alone in your relationships and within yourself.
Practice description
Many of the women I work with are emotionally aware but worn out. They’ve learned to cope by staying busy, people-pleasing, or tucking feelings away. These strategies helped them survive but often left them disconnected from their needs, unsure of their worth, and quietly exhausted.
Together, we begin with whatever’s here tiredness, grief, numbness, longing and move at a pace that feels safe and attuned to your nervous system.
My approach is trauma-informed, attachment-based, and polyvagal-aware. I bring a grounded, down-to-earth presence and a quiet sense of humour to this work.
This means we go at your pace, in a way that supports safety and regulation. You won’t be pathologised or picked apart. Instead, we explore what’s here with respect, care, and emotional spaciousness.
Clients often tell me they feel gently met and never rushed. I don’t expect you to have it all figured out and we can even hold the hard things with a bit of lightness when needed.
As our work unfolds, clients often say they begin to feel more at home in their bodies less anxious, more grounded, and better able to trust their voice and needs.
They begin showing up in life and relationships with more clarity, more ease and less guilt for simply being human.

About me and my therapy practice
Do you find yourself anxious, overthinking, or people-pleasing in relationships? Whether with partners, friends, or family, it can feel hard to have clarity about your needs, to be fully yourself, say no, or express what you really mean.
You might over-give, stay silent, or avoid conflict, even when it costs you self-worth or self-esteem. Over time, this might show up as relationship anxiety, fear of rejection, a loss of identity, becoming hyper-independent, or burnout. It’s exhausting to keep holding it all together.
Therapy can help you feel more grounded, confident, and able to communicate openly, without losing connection.
I specialise in working with women in their 20s to 40s who want to understand and change the patterns that keep them stuck. Many discover these patterns, including struggles with boundaries and intimacy, have roots in earlier relationships: sometimes in families where emotional safety was hard to find, other times in painful adult experiences.
Together, we’ll address relationship anxiety, heal the impact of relationship trauma, and move beyond people-pleasing, supporting your healing so you can trust yourself, feel at ease, and build safe, mutual relationships with clarity and confidence. Our work can help you improve communication, deepen intimacy, and create relationships where you can rest, be seen, and bring your full self without fear of losing it.
Practice description
My approach is warm, validating, and collaborative, with a dash of humour. I meet you with empathy and, at times, gently challenge you with honest reflections and new perspectives.
In early sessions, we’ll focus on safety, explore your experiences at a pace that feels manageable, and map your nervous system. When helpful, we may integrate inner child work for deeper healing.
I shape my approach to you drawing on trauma-informed, attachment-based, and polyvagal perspectives. My aim is for you to leave therapy with clarity about your needs, stronger self-trust, and the confidence to be yourself in relationships without self-abandonment.
