About me and my therapy practice
I am a Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist working in private practice in Canterbury (CT1) and Faversham (ME13). I have experience working in NHS settings, including community mental health services and a GP practice in Canterbury. I also have a particular interest in eating disorders and disordered eating, having worked within a specialist Eating Disorders Service.
I offer a warm, confidential space where you can talk openly about what may be troubling you. I work psychoanalytically, which means paying attention to past experiences, emotional patterns, and relationships, and how these may be affecting your life in the present. Therapy can support greater self-understanding, emotional relief, and longer-term change.
I work face to face with adults and also offer online sessions when needed.
