I offer an integrative approach to support your unique experiences and whole self, helping with areas such as depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, abuse, boundary difficulties, burnout, loneliness, isolation, life transitions, self-esteem, inner growth, self-empowerment, and more, depending on your journey.

I support you in accessing your body’s wisdom by tuning into how emotions and life experiences may be held in your body and nervous system. I use embodied somatic work, mindfulness, and other body-based techniques alongside approaches that focus on exploring your thoughts, feelings, and patterns, and help you connect with your inner strengts. My approach honours all parts of you; physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.
