I am currently welcoming new clients for both individual and couples therapy. Sessions are offered during weekdays, with some evening appointments available to accommodate different schedules.
All sessions are arranged at a consistent day and time wherever possible, either weekly or fortnightly, to support continuity and progress.
I strive to maintain clear and reliable scheduling, and any planned time off or holidays will always be communicated in advance to ensure clients can plan their sessions accordingly.
Whether this is your first experience of therapy or you are returning after a break, I am here to provide a warm, supportive, and confidential space where you can feel safe to explore your thoughts and feelings.

About me and my therapy practice
Life can be challenging, and sometimes we all need a safe, supportive space to work through our feelings. I offer a warm, non-judgemental environment where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and relationships with compassion and understanding.
I work with both individuals and couples, providing tailored support that meets your unique needs. For couples, I focus on improving communication, understanding, and emotional connection, helping partners navigate conflict, rebuild trust, and strengthen their bond. I also support individuals with a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, anger, OCD, low self-esteem, life-transitions, grief ADHD and identity or sense-of-self issues.
Trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Attachment Theory (AT), and Person-Centred Therapy (PCT), which I combine with additional skills in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnotherapy, Mindset & Personal Development Coaching, Psychology, Yoga, and Mindfulness. This breadth of expertise allows me to work in a holistic, flexible way, combining therapeutic approaches with practical strategies for change, personal growth, and emotional resilience.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to each client. Whether we are working individually or as a couple, my goal is to help you heal, grow, and feel more confident, connected, and in control of your life. Together, we will explore what works best for you, using a blend of evidence-based therapy, practical tools, and personal development techniques.
Practice description
Following an initial session, clients are offered a comprehensive and personalised approach tailored to their unique needs. I guide clients in exploring both conscious and subconscious patterns, helping to uncover how thoughts, emotions, and behaviours develop in response to life experiences.
Clients can expect a compassionate, supportive, and empowering experience, where the focus is on understanding, growth, and meaningful change. My approach combines insight, practical tools, and a deep commitment to each individual’s journey, fostering self-awareness, resilience, and lasting positive transformation.
My first session
Your first session is an opportunity to get to know each other in a safe and supportive space. All initial sessions are £20 for both individuals and couples.
We will explore your reasons for seeking support, your goals, and any challenges you may be facing. Where helpful, I may invite you to complete a brief assessment to personalise your ongoing sessions and track progress.
By the end of the session, you’ll have a clear idea of how we can work together and what to expect, helping you feel comfortable, supported, and ready to begin your journey of positive change.
