About me and my therapy practice

Welcome 鈥 I鈥檓 Maxine Robertson, a psychotherapist working with women navigating change.

If you鈥檙e a  woman at a crossroads in life or work you may find yourself wondering, 鈥渨hat now?鈥. You鈥檝e already achieved a great deal but something inside is nudging you towards a next chapter that feels more meaningful or aligned with who you are now.

I specialise in working with women in the second half of life who are contemplating change 鈥 career shifts, scaling back from demanding roles, preparing for retirement or reshaping life after children have left home. Together we can clarify what you want this next chapter to look like and support you to take values aligned action, using a coaching approach drawing on my background as a psychotherapist.

Before training as a psychotherapist, I made major pivots in my own life including career changes. I know what it鈥檚 like to reimagine your professional life and step into something new. I鈥檓 not coaching from theory 鈥 I鈥檝e lived these transitions myself.

If you would like my support, please do get in touch
