Availability
I currently have availability for new clients. Sessions are offered online.
I generally work during weekdays, with some daytime and limited evening appointments available. Availability can vary, so please contact me to discuss current appointment times and whether these would suit you.
If I am due to be away, I will let existing clients know in advance and discuss any relevant arrangements before planned breaks. For new enquiries, I aim to respond as soon as possible.
About me and my therapy practice
I provide online therapy sessions so you can access support in a way that feels flexible, convenient, and manageable alongside your everyday life.
I am a warm, experienced counsellor, psychologist and psychotherapist offering therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and periods of feeling stuck or overwhelmed.
You may be seeking therapy because life has recently become difficult, or because you have noticed longer-standing patterns in how you feel, relate to others, or cope with the demands placed on you. Whatever has brought you here, therapy can offer a calm, compassionate and confidential space to speak openly, make sense of your experiences, and begin to find a way forward.
My approach is integrative, drawing on CBT, relational and psychodynamic approaches. This means that, alongside easing immediate distress and developing practical ways of coping, we can also explore the deeper patterns that may be shaping your emotions, relationships and sense of self. Over time, this can help you develop greater self-understanding, more compassion for yourself, and new ways of relating to yourself and others.
Clients often share that therapy with me helps them to see their lives and relationships more clearly, feel less alone with their difficulties, and begin to thrive in ways they had not thought possible.
I work with adults aged 18 and above. If you would like to explore whether therapy with me feels right, please contact me to arrange a free 15-minute assessment call.
Practice description
I offer a calm, compassionate and non-judgemental space to explore what is happening in your life and to think carefully about what might help. People come to therapy for many different reasons: anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, work stress, bereavement, questions of identity, or a sense of feeling stuck. You do not need to have everything worked out before starting; therapy can be a place to make sense of things at your own pace.
My approach is integrative, drawing on psychodynamic, humanistic and cognitive behavioural therapies. This means I am interested both in your current difficulties and in the wider patterns, relationships and experiences that may have shaped them. I work collaboratively, combining careful listening with thoughtful reflection and practical strategies where these are helpful.
As a HCPC-registered Practitioner Psychologist, I bring clinical experience alongside an academic background in psychology, mental health and culture. I aim to offer therapy that is warm, thoughtful and grounded, helping you develop greater insight, self-understanding and the possibility of lasting change.
I provide online therapy sessions so you can access support in a way that feels flexible, convenient, and manageable alongside your everyday life. I also offer a free initial consultation so we can think together about what you are looking for and whether I may be the right therapist for you.
My first session
I offer a free initial 15-minute consultation, usually by phone or video. This gives us a chance to briefly discuss what has brought you to therapy, what you are hoping for, and whether I may be the right therapist for you.
If we decide to arrange an initial therapy session, this is usually charged at my standard session fee. In the first session, we will take time to think together about what is currently feeling difficult, relevant background, your hopes for therapy, and any practical details such as confidentiality, session frequency and how we might work together.
You do not need to prepare anything in advance. Some people come with a clear focus; others simply know that something feels difficult or stuck. The first session is a space to begin making sense of this at your own pace and to decide whether continuing therapy feels helpful.

Availability
I currently have availability for supervision.
I offer a warm, reflective and collaborative space for therapists, counsellors, psychologists and trainees to think carefully about their clinical work. My approach to supervision is relational and integrative, drawing on psychodynamic, humanistic and CBT-informed perspectives, while always keeping the therapeutic relationship, formulation and the wider context of the client’s life in view. As a psychologist with doctoral training am I able to draw on a wide and deep range of theory in supporting you to think through your client caseload.
I aim to provide supervision that feels supportive, thoughtful and appropriately challenging. I am interested not only in technique, but in the emotional, ethical and relational dimensions of therapeutic work: what happens between therapist and client, what may be difficult to say or notice, and how the therapist’s own responses can become useful clinical information.
Alongside my clinical work, I lecture and research in psychology, psychotherapy, mental health, religion and culture. This academic background informs my supervision through a strong interest in reflective practice, evidence-informed therapy, cultural sensitivity and ethical complexity. I am particularly interested in supporting practitioners to develop confidence, depth and clarity in their clinical thinking.
Supervision with me can include case formulation, risk and safeguarding, professional development, working with difference and diversity, therapeutic stuckness, endings, boundaries, and the impact of clinical work on the practitioner. I aim to create a space where supervisees can bring uncertainty, complexity and vulnerability without fear of judgement.
I offer supervision online, with flexibility around your practice needs and stage of development. My intention is to support you to practise safely, ethically and with greater confidence, while also helping you develop your own therapeutic voice.
Practice description
I offer warm, reflective and collaborative supervision for trainee and qualified counsellors, psychotherapists, counselling psychologists and clinical psychologists.
My approach to supervision is integrative, drawing on relational, psychodynamic and CBT perspectives. I aim to provide a safe, thoughtful and supportive space where supervisees can reflect on their clinical work, develop confidence, think carefully about risk and ethics, and deepen their understanding of the therapeutic relationship.
I have experience working across NHS, private healthcare and charity settings, and currently work as a psychologist alongside my academic role in psychology, where I teach and research in mental health, counselling and psychotherapy. This means my supervision is informed by both clinical practice and current psychological research.
I particularly enjoy supporting trainees and early-career practitioners as they develop their therapeutic identity, but I also welcome qualified practitioners seeking reflective space, clinical consultation or ongoing professional development.
My style is supportive, thoughtful and gently challenging, with an emphasis on helping supervisees feel more confident, grounded and effective in their work.
My first session
In our first supervision session, we will use the time to get a clear sense of your practice, professional background, current caseload and what you are hoping to gain from supervision. This may include discussing your therapeutic training, modality, client group, level of experience, current supervision requirements, and any particular areas of confidence, uncertainty or development.
I aim for the first session to feel collaborative and exploratory. We can think together about the kind of supervisory relationship that would be most useful for you, including how much structure you prefer, how we will review clinical work, and how we will attend to ethical, relational and professional issues. We will also discuss boundaries, confidentiality, record keeping, risk, safeguarding, frequency of sessions and any organisational or training requirements that need to be considered.
There is no formal assessment in the sense of testing or judging your clinical competence. Rather, the first session is an opportunity for us to decide whether the supervision feels like a good fit and to begin developing a reflective, supportive and appropriately challenging working relationship.
You are welcome to bring a current case, a dilemma, or a broader question about your development as a practitioner. If we agree to continue, we can use the first session to establish a supervision contract and identify some initial goals for our work together.
