About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I’m Charlotte. I offer both therapy and therapeutic coaching to support you in letting go of self-doubt, fear, and overthinking, and to help you create a life that feels more fulfilling, authentic, and meaningful.

Therapy offers a calm, reflective space to explore what’s been happening for you and to make sense of the patterns, feelings, or experiences that feel difficult to understand. It’s a space to slow down, build self-awareness, and gently process what’s been getting in the way, so you can begin to move forward with more ease and clarity.
Therapeutic coaching, on the other hand, is a more flexible and dynamic space where insight meets action - where we can honour the past while focusing on aligned steps forward in the present.
I believe we all have a deep inner knowing of who we want to be and how we’d like our lives to feel. But often, layers of conditioning and old patterns leave us feeling stuck or doubting whether what we want is truly possible for us.
You might feel stuck in a job or relationship that doesn’t feel right anymore, or like you’ve outgrown parts of your life but aren’t sure what to do next. Maybe you’ve done some inner work but still find yourself slipping back into old habits or ways of thinking. You might just have a sense that there’s more to life, but you’re not sure how to move towards it.
As a therapist with 10 years’ experience, I’ll help you understand the beliefs and patterns running beneath the surface and gently guide you through practical tools to transform them - whether that’s through the deeper exploration of therapy or the forward focus of coaching.
I work holistically, drawing on both psychological and spiritual insights. I see you as so much more than your fears or painful past experiences, and I’ll support you to take manageable, aligned steps that feel true to your values and vision for your life.
Practice description
Therapy sessions are 50 minutes and £75 - available weekly or fortnightly
Therapeutic coaching sessions are 1.5 hours and £120, and include a written summary and up to two WhatsApp check-ins if desired - available as one-off, regular or ad-hoc sessions.
My first session
For both therapy and coaching, I offer a free 20 minute introductory call.
