About me and my therapy practice
I offer a safe confidential space for you to explore your problems and find the resources in yourself to move forward.
I work with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, stress and trauma and offer short term and long term therapy. I have provided counselling for Mind, Berkshire NHS Talking Therapies, Oxford Men鈥檚 Counselling Service and the Victims First Specialist Counselling Service.
I offer a free 30 minute initial session for us to explore whether the therapy is right for you. I charge 拢60 per 50 minute session and am happy to offer a lower rate of 拢45 if this is more manageable for you.
I am committed to working ethically in the interests of my clients.
Qualifications and 麻豆原创s: CPCAB Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling; Online Therapy Institute Certified Therapist; Accredited Member of 麻豆原创; Professional Member of ACTO (Association for Counselling and Therapy Online).
