About me and my therapy practice

Rebecca O'Donovan - MÂ鶹ԭ´´ Accred', MSc Advanced Counselling and Psychotherapy.

I offer face-to-face counselling at my private practice in N15. Close to seven-sisters tube and BR station. I also offer therapy online.

I am an experienced senior counsellor having met the Â鶹ԭ´´'s higher level of experience, skill and knowledge.

What makes me a little different from other therapists is that I am neurodivergent affirming. If you are are  exploring being neurodivergent I have the experience and training to work with you.

How do you take this forward? Contact me via email or text to arrange an intitial session. Or if you'd like a chat on the phone first, please email to arrange this. I will get back to you within 24 hrs (during the week).

The initial session - There's no commitment to therapy in having a initial session. It's a good way to find out if you feel comfortable. If we both feel we're a good match then we confirm weekly sessions.

I offer both in-person and online sessions. So the choice of how you attend your session is yours.

Cost - £60.00 with no increase in 2026.

I have a front garden with a bench so there is somewhere to sit before your session. If driving then I pay, for your visitors permit.

Qualifications:

  • I hold a Â鶹ԭ´´ Accredited Diploma and Degree - Middlesex University.
  • Post Grad Advanced Counselling & Psychotherapy and
  • Post Grad in Clinical Supervision - Salford University.
  • Diploma in Online Therapy - The Association for Counselling & Therapy Online.
