About me and my therapy practice

I offer individual therapy and apply therapeutic interventions to diminish, dissolve and resolve problems. My approach is exploratory; looking at where you now, how you got there and how it affects you. We could take a closer look at certain points in life that shape decisions, motivations and perception. Where your thoughts and feelings can be expressed without feeling judged.

Maybe insights could start to emerge, and exploration of the new information can highlight personal values and process, so you can make changes that are right for you.

I offer rapport to structure the therapeutic work for good interaction, supporting the developments and therapeutic techniques in the therapeutic process. I provide a safe and confidential setting, significant and comforting for the purpose of privacy.
