About me and my therapy practice

I offer individual therapy and apply therapeutic intervention to help resolve problems. My approach is exploratory; looking at where you now, how you got there and how it affects you. We could take a closer look at certain points in life that shape decisions, motivations and perception. Where your thoughts and feelings can be expressed without feeling judged.

Maybe insights could make an appearance, exploration of the new information can highlight something that may be important and not normally noticed. Perhaps a different perspective could start to emerge, providing opportunity to overcome the problem and feel better.

I structure the therapeutic work with good interaction and support, providing a safe and confidential setting, significant and comforting. In our interaction I promote your health and process in all times.
