I currently offer online therapy to clients in London and across the UK. This is an online-only listing for London clients; I do not offer in-person appointments from a London therapy room.

I also offer in-person appointments from my Stockport practice base. Please contact me to discuss current availability or to arrange a free initial consultation.
About me and my therapy practice
I am an accredited integrative counsellor and psychotherapist offering online therapy to clients in London and across the UK. This is an online-only London listing; I do not practise from a London therapy room.
My approach is grounded in humanistic and person-centred values. I aim to offer a safe, respectful and compassionate space where you can speak openly, feel understood, and begin to make sense of what is happening in your life.
As an integrative therapist, I draw on Person-Centred Therapy, Transactional Analysis, CBT-informed approaches, trauma-informed practice and EMDR-informed understanding. This allows us to work in a way that fits your needs, rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.
I support adults with anxiety, trauma, addiction and recovery, relationship difficulties, bereavement, low self-worth, stress, depression and emotional overwhelm. I also work with couples, using Transactional Analysis to explore communication patterns, conflict, relational dynamics and repeated cycles.
Therapy can focus on current difficulties, past experiences, or patterns that seem to repeat in relationships, work or family life. My aim is to help you feel more aware, more grounded and more able to move forward in a way that feels right for you.
Individual sessions are 50 minutes at £70. Couples sessions are 90 minutes at £130.
Practice description
Online therapy can be helpful if you want professional support without needing to travel to a therapy room. It can also make therapy easier to fit around work, family life, study, caring responsibilities or a busy schedule.
In our work together, you can expect a calm, confidential and non-judgemental space. We will talk about what has brought you to therapy, what you are finding difficult, and what you would like to understand or change. I work collaboratively, which means we will regularly review how the therapy is feeling and whether it is meeting your needs.
My clinical experience includes work in GP surgeries, detox settings, community drug and alcohol services, NHS-linked services and private practice. This has given me experience of supporting people with a wide range of emotional, psychological and relational difficulties.
I have particular experience in addiction and recovery, anxiety, trauma, bereavement, depression, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, relationship difficulties, stress and low self-esteem. I also support people dealing with the impact of childhood experiences, family patterns, shame, guilt, emotional overwhelm and major life transitions.
Although this listing is for online therapy in London, my practice base is in Stockport/Manchester. London clients are seen online by secure video call.
My first session
The first step is usually a free 15-minute consultation. This gives us a chance to briefly talk about what is bringing you to therapy, what you are hoping for, and whether online therapy feels like the right fit.
If we decide to begin, our first full session will include contracting. This means we will talk through confidentiality, session length, fees, cancellations, online working, safety, and what you can expect from therapy.
You will also have space to share more about what has been happening for you and what you would like support with. We can begin to think together about your goals, the pace of the work, and whether short-term or longer-term therapy would be most helpful.
The first session is not about pressure or judgement. It is about helping you feel safe, informed and comfortable enough to decide whether working together feels right.

About me and my therapy practice
My counselling approach is rooted in humanistic principles, offering a safe and compassionate space where you'll experience unconditional positive regard. I truly believe in your inherent resilience and resources to move towards meaningful change and self-compassion.
Building a trusting and confident therapeutic relationship is paramount. It's a genuine two-way street where both client and counsellor engage with empathy, genuineness, and respect. This foundation allows for the deepest work and progress, never assuming I know more about you than you do.
As an integrative counsellor trained in Person-Centred, Transactional Analysis (TA), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), I tailor sessions to your unique needs. I work with both individuals and couples. For couples, my practice is strongly informed by TA, helping to explore communication patterns and relational dynamics (like ego states, games, and scripts) that may be causing difficulties. For individuals processing the impact of past difficult experiences or trauma, I deeply integrate TA to understand how events shape present responses and foster new, healthier life patterns. My approach can explore your here-and-now issues or delve into unresolved childhood situations that need attention.
You possess the courageousness to move forward in a way that is right for you. I value genuine connection and ensure all clients are treated with the utmost respect, acknowledging your human rights within the therapy space.
Individual sessions are 50 minutes at £70. Couple sessions are 90 minutes at £130.

This agreement sets clear guidelines for both of us, ensuring your safety and outlining what you can expect from our work together.
This initial session is also your opportunity to share what you're hoping for from counselling and talk through some of the issues you're facing. About me and my therapy practice
About My Practice
People often come to counselling when something no longer feels manageable — perhaps you’re feeling stuck in familiar patterns, carrying more than you can hold alone, or struggling to make sense of your emotions or relationships. You might sense that something needs attention, even if you’re unsure where to begin.

What to Expect
Reaching out for counselling often happens during times of change, loss, or emotional overwhelm. You may be feeling anxious, low, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward — even if you’ve been coping for a long time. Sometimes people arrive knowing something isn’t quite right but without clear words for what they need.
I work with individuals who want a space to slow things down, reflect, and make sense of what’s happening internally and in their relationships. My approach is relational, thoughtful, and grounded in experience. I place strong importance on creating a safe, non-judgemental space where you feel able to explore things at your own pace.
My experience spans a range of settings, including GP surgeries, detox units, community drug and alcohol services, NHS services, and private practice. This breadth of work allows me to support people presenting with a wide spectrum of emotional and psychological difficulties, from long-standing patterns to more immediate challenges.
I have particular experience supporting people with bereavement, anxiety, depression, addiction, self-harm, and suicidal ideation. I also work with difficulties such as PTSD, OCD, phobias, social anxiety, and health anxiety. I understand how consuming and limiting these experiences can feel, and I work carefully to help people loosen their hold and find steadier ways of coping and relating.
My integrative approach means I draw on different therapeutic models to tailor support to your individual needs. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is central to meaningful change, and I aim to offer compassionate, evidence-informed support that helps you build understanding, resilience, and lasting emotional well-being. I see therapy as a collaborative process, and I will walk alongside you as you work towards change that feels right for you.
Alongside my clinical work, I value connection and clear communication in my own life, which continues to inform the way I work with clients.

- Flexible hours available
Availability
I currently have availability for clinical supervision, both online and in person at Labyrinth House Business Centre in Stockport.
I offer flexible appointment times, including some daytime and evening availability. Please contact me to discuss current spaces, frequency of supervision, and whether one-hour or 1.5-hour sessions would best meet your needs.
I work with both trainee and qualified counsellors and psychotherapists.
About me and my therapy practice
I am a Â鶹Դ´-registered integrative counsellor and psychotherapist offering clinical supervision to trainee and qualified practitioners. My supervision training is at Level 7 and is grounded in the Seven-Eyed Model of supervision, offering a clear and reflective framework for exploring client work, ethical practice, professional development and the supervisee’s own process.
Alongside supervision, I continue to work directly with clients in private practice. My clinical background includes work in GP surgeries, detox settings, community drug and alcohol services, NHS-linked services and private practice. This helps me stay close to the realities of therapeutic work and the pressures practitioners can face.
My approach to supervision is relational, collaborative and appropriately challenging. I aim to offer a space where you can think openly about your work, develop confidence in your clinical judgement, and feel supported to practise ethically, safely and reflectively.
Practice description
I provide a supportive and reflective supervision space for counsellors and psychotherapists who want to develop their practice, explore client work in depth, and think carefully about ethical and professional issues.
Using the Seven-Eyed Model, supervision may include attention to the client’s presentation, the therapeutic relationship, interventions, wider systems, your own responses as practitioner, and the supervisory relationship itself. This allows us to consider both the practical and emotional demands of the work.
I work with trainee and qualified counsellors across a range of modalities, including integrative, person-centred, CBT-informed, trauma-informed and relational approaches. My aim is to help you strengthen your own therapeutic style while maintaining safe, ethical and reflective practice.
Supervision fees:
Trainee counsellors: £60 for 1 hour / £80 for 1.5 hours.
Qualified counsellors: £80 for 1 hour / £110 for 1.5 hours.
I offer supervision online and in person in Stockport.
My first session
Our first session is an opportunity to get to know each other and think about whether the supervision relationship feels like a good fit. We can talk through your experience, training background, modality, current client work, supervision requirements, and what you are hoping to gain from supervision.
We will also discuss practical arrangements such as frequency, session length, boundaries, confidentiality, note keeping, safeguarding, ethical responsibilities and any course or placement requirements if you are a trainee.
From there, ongoing supervision provides a confidential and collaborative space to reflect on your client work, explore challenges, and develop your clinical judgement, ethical awareness and confidence as a practitioner.
