About me and my therapy practice
Let’s be clear from the start — I’m not your typical counsellor. I’m straight-talking, down-to-earth, and not afraid to use humour (or the occasional swear word) when it fits. I don’t hide behind clinical jargon or heavy theories — I believe in keeping things real, relatable, and human.
Before becoming a counsellor, I spent years working in corporate sales and raising two children — experiences that deeply inform my work today. I understand the pressures of juggling careers, family life, identity, and everything in between. That life experience shapes how I connect with clients and support them in navigating their own challenges.
When we work together, we’ll explore two key questions:
How did you become who you are today?
And how do you want to grow from here?
Our work will be collaborative, honest, and supportive — grounded in a safe space where you can reflect, feel heard, and begin to move forward in a way that feels right for you.
If this sounds like the kind of support you’re looking for, feel free to get in touch to book an initial session.
Practice description
I trained in Humanistic Psychotherapy at Spectrum Therapy Centre in North London, now known as The Highgate Studio, where I continue to work.
I also see clients from my private practice in Bromley, South London.
What shaped me most during my training was the experiential approach — meaning I had to do the deep work on myself first, and that’s something I’ve never stopped doing.
I believe that to support others well, you have to be willing to look at yourself with honesty and compassion.
My first session
I use our first session as a chance to get to know each other and agree if we would like to work together ongoingly.
I will share details of my practice information and privacy policy in advance so any questions can be raised and discussed and agreed.
I will also ask for you to complete some details so I am able to contact you if needed.
What I can help with
Anxiety, Business coaching, Child related issues, Depression, Personal development, Redundancy, Relationships, Self esteem, Stress, Work related issues
Types of therapy
Humanistic, Integrative
Clients I work with

How I deliver therapy
