Availability

I currently offer limited availability for new couples who are committed to working deeply on their relationship. I do not work with everyone; I work with couples who are ready to invest in the process and are open to meaningful change.

My practice offers in-person sessions in Wimbledon and Fitzrovia, as well as online sessions for couples who prefer the flexibility of working remotely.

I hold 1 evening appointment on Tuesdays at 6.30 pm and 2 weekend appointments per month.

Future leave: I will be starting my Masters programme in September 2025 and a new supervision role in October. 2025 This will not affect my availability listed above, but does mean that spaces are intentionally limited and will be prioritised for couples ready to commit to regular work.

If you are seeking a space that is private, supportive, and transformative, please reach out to enquire about current availability.

About me and my therapy practice

I am a qualified therapist, clinical supervisor, and therapeutic coach with a specialist focus on helping individuals and couples create lasting transformation in their lives and relationships. My practice integrates psychotherapy, coaching, and spirituality into a holistic approach that goes beyond symptom relief and into meaningful, sustainable change.

I work from the belief that healing is not only about understanding the past, but also about creating new ways of living in the present and future. This means that in our sessions, we may move between exploring emotional wounds, identifying unhelpful patterns, and introducing practical tools that help you embody new ways of being.

For some clients, this looks like addressing trauma, anxiety, or relationship breakdowns; for others, it is about building self-worth, deepening intimacy, or aligning with a clearer sense of identity and purpose. My aim is always the same: to create a safe and supportive space where growth becomes possible.

Hypnosis, somatic body attunement, and inner child healing, including shadow work, are regular aspects of the way I practice. These methods allow us to move beyond talking and into embodied change, where old beliefs can be released and new patterns established. At times, our work may also explore the deeper dynamics of the divine masculine and feminine, ensuring greater harmony in your relationship with yourself and with others.

What sets my practice apart is my ability to bridge clinical depth with forward-focused coaching and spiritual integration. Clients often describe the process as both challenging and liberating. I work best with those who are serious about change, open to honest reflection, and ready to engage fully in the work.

If you are seeking a therapist who brings warmth, clarity, and a holistic approach that honours mind, body, and spirit, I would be glad to support you.

Practice description

My practice is a space for deep healing, growth, and transformation. I work with individuals and couples who want more than a place to talk; they want a space to understand themselves fully and create lasting change in their lives and relationships.

I support people from diverse backgrounds, and many clients choose to work with me because I am a woman of colour who understands the nuances of culture, race, and identity. For those who have felt unseen, unheard, or misunderstood in other spaces, therapy with me offers recognition and resonance. I also hold a particular passion for supporting members of the queer community, offering a safe and affirming environment to explore identity, love, and belonging without judgment.

I frequently work with professionals, executives, entrepreneurs, and artists who are navigating the pressures of visibility, leadership, and creative expression alongside their personal struggles. For couples, I specialise in supporting those balancing demanding professional lives with the realities of family, parenting, and intimacy.

Change is inevitable when working with me. I often work with couples and individuals for a specific number of sessions to directly address the issues they鈥檝e been avoiding or resisting. The reality is that you will always leave this work changed for the better. I do not believe in keeping clients dependent on weekly sessions forever;  if I did, I wouldn鈥檛 be good at what I do. My role is to help you reach the place where you no longer need me.

My approach blends psychotherapy, therapeutic coaching, and spiritual integration. Sessions may include somatic attunement, inner child healing, shadow work, hypnosis, or exploring the balance of the divine masculine and feminine to restore harmony within self and in relationships.

Clients describe the process as supportive, empowering, and transformative. This work creates clarity, confidence, and new ways of relating, within yourself and with others.

My first session

From the very first session, I take an active approach. Together, we鈥檒l map out the therapeutic route your work needs to take, highlighting the key areas to focus on and the changes that will make the biggest difference.

You won鈥檛 just leave with insight. You鈥檒l leave with practical guidance and tailored 鈥渉omework鈥 so you can start applying what we cover straight away. Many clients find this both grounding and motivating, because the process doesn鈥檛 stay in the therapy room; it becomes part of your daily life and relationships.

Be ready: the work starts from day one.

About me and my therapy practice

If you鈥檙e looking for a therapist who just nods and asks, 鈥淗ow does that make you feel?鈥濃擨鈥檓 probably not the right fit. But if you鈥檙e ready to explore the deeper layers of who you are, how you love, and what鈥檚 been holding you back鈥擨鈥檇 love to work with you.

I support people through life transitions, identity shifts, relationship struggles, and the journey of rebuilding self-worth. Whether you鈥檙e navigating big changes, feeling stuck in old patterns, or trying to find your voice after years of silencing it鈥擨 offer a space that鈥檚 warm, honest, and deeply supportive.

My clients often say they come to me when they need more than just a safe space鈥攖hey want real, lasting change. I blend therapy, coaching, and holistic psychology to help you unpack what鈥檚 really going on beneath the surface and move forward in a way that feels aligned and empowering.

I work with individuals and couples, with a particular focus on:

鈥 Relationship patterns and intimacy struggles

鈥 Identity and self-esteem

鈥 Queer and marginalised experiences

鈥 Nervous system regulation and trauma-informed healing

My style is relational, down-to-earth, and intuitive. I show up as a real person, and I invite you to do the same. You don鈥檛 have to have it all figured out鈥攋ust bring your curiosity, your courage, and your truth. We鈥檒l work through the rest together.

Practice description

My practice is a space for people who are done with surface-level solutions. It鈥檚 for those navigating the messy middle鈥攚here identity feels unclear, relationships feel strained, and the confidence they show the world doesn鈥檛 quite match how they feel inside.

Whether you鈥檙e unpacking childhood wounds, processing a breakup, navigating an identity shift, or trying to stop repeating the same patterns in love鈥擨 offer a grounded, compassionate space where we can do the deep work, together.

I work both online and in-person from my therapy space in Wimbledon, offering flexibility to meet you where you are鈥攍iterally and emotionally.

I blend traditional therapy with coaching and holistic psychology, weaving in nervous system education, relational depth work, and trauma-informed insight. Sessions are tailored, creative, and rooted in connection鈥攏ot protocol. This isn鈥檛 鈥渢ick box鈥 therapy. It鈥檚 work that honours the complexity of who you are.

Clients often tell me they feel seen for the first time in our work. That they鈥檙e able to connect dots they never knew existed. That they finally feel safe enough to be honest鈥攚ith me, and with themselves.

It鈥檚 calm, brave, and deeply human work.

My first session

The first session is all about getting to know you鈥攜our story, your challenges, and what鈥檚 bringing you to therapy now. I鈥檒l ask some thoughtful questions to help us explore what鈥檚 been going on beneath the surface, and I鈥檒l listen carefully to get a sense of what you need, what you鈥檝e already tried, and where you鈥檇 like to go from here.

This isn鈥檛 about rushing into solutions鈥攊t鈥檚 about building a relationship where you feel safe, seen, and supported. That said, I also like to keep things active and intentional. I usually offer reflections and insights from the very beginning, and I often suggest a small piece of reflective 鈥渉omework鈥 after the session鈥攕omething practical, nourishing, or thought-provoking to help you stay connected to the work in between sessions.

You鈥檒l leave the first session with a clearer sense of how I work, what we might focus on together, and most importantly鈥攚hether the space feels right for you.

鈥 Week 4 (Thursday 12:00鈥1:30 pm) 鈥 90-minute private supervision session

Please note that I only offer monthly 90-minute sessions at 拢125.

About me and my therapy practice

As a supervisor, I create a space that is both clinically rigorous and deeply human,  where supervisees can bring not just their casework, but also their evolving identity as practitioners. My particular interest lies in supporting therapists who are navigating the intersection between clinical practice and spirituality, especially those who may feel they are 鈥渃oming out of the spiritual closet.鈥

Many therapists hold back parts of their practice for fear of judgment or imposter syndrome. I work alongside supervisees to help them find their voice, hone their inner confidence, and bring authenticity into their work without compromising ethical or professional standards. Together, we explore what it means to integrate holistic, spiritual, or non-traditional approaches within a clinical framework in a way that feels safe, ethical, and true to their values.

I draw on my experience as a therapist, supervisor, and group facilitator, blending integrative clinical training with a holistic lens. I believe supervision is not just about accountability but also about growth,  a place to reflect, question, and evolve. My role is to hold a supportive mirror to your practice, offering both structure and encouragement as you step into your identity as a therapist in full.

If you are looking for supervision that supports your clinical development while also giving space for your spiritual or holistic self, I鈥檇 be glad to work with you.

Practice description

My practice is shaped by the intersectionality of my own lived experience as a Black, queer mother, which allows me to hold a unique and expansive perspective within the supervisory relationship. I understand first-hand the subtle ways in which therapists and clients can feel 鈥渙thered鈥 in spaces that were not designed with their identities in mind.

In supervision, I bridge the gap between the unspoken rules of our profession and the nuanced realities of lived experience, offering a compassionate lens that validates difference while maintaining clinical rigour. This perspective helps me support supervisees who may be integrating holistic or spiritual approaches into their work, de-colonising their practice, as well as those navigating identity, belonging, or confidence in their professional journey.

I aim to create a supervisory space where all parts of the therapist are welcome, where difference is not just acknowledged but valued, and where authenticity becomes a source of strength in practice.

My first session

Our first session together is a spacious introduction to the supervision process. You鈥檒l be invited to bring the caseloads currently on your mind and to share openly about what feels most alive in your practice right now,  whether that鈥檚 a particular client dynamic, an area of growth, or questions about your professional direction.

I鈥檒l be interested in understanding not only the practical challenges you鈥檙e facing, but also the 鈥済rowing edges鈥 of your work: the places where you feel stretched, curious, or uncertain. Together, we鈥檒l explore how supervision can best support you,  whether that鈥檚 in building clinical confidence, integrating a more holistic or spiritual approach, or finding clarity around your professional voice.

The intention of the first session is to establish a collaborative, compassionate relationship where you feel both held and challenged. My role is not to impose a way of working, but to co-create with you a supervisory space that feels aligned, meaningful, and supportive of your ongoing development.
