Availability
I currently offer limited availability for new clients.
Sessions are available in person in Wimbledon and Fitzrovia, as well as online, where appropriate. I work one evening on Tuesdays and offer up to two weekend appointments per month.
Spaces are intentionally limited and prioritised for clients seeking focused, structured work rather than open-ended therapy.
About me and my therapy practice
I am a double-accredited integrative couples therapist and an award-winning practitioner, supporting partners who want to understand their relationship more clearly and find more effective ways of relating. My work with couples is structured, balanced, and focused on ensuring both partners feel heard while keeping the relationship itself at the centre of the work.
I help couples explore patterns of communication, conflict, emotional disconnection, and trust, particularly where professional pressures, family life, or past experiences are impacting the relationship. Sessions are facilitated carefully to maintain safety, clarity, and direction.
My approach draws on established models of couples therapy, with close attention to attachment dynamics, emotional regulation, and the relational patterns that tend to repeat under stress. Where helpful, I also bring awareness to bodily responses in moments of conflict or withdrawal, supporting couples to slow down and respond differently to one another.
Couples often work with me for a focused period of time rather than open-ended therapy. Alongside sessions, I may suggest between-session reflection or practical exercises to help translate insight into day-to-day change. This supports accountability and helps couples actively practise new ways of relating outside the therapy room.
I work with couples from a wide range of cultural backgrounds and diasporas, including queer couples, mixed race partnerships, and couples from Black, Global Majority, and other communities of colour. I also frequently support partners balancing demanding professional lives alongside family and relational commitments.
My first session
From the first session, the focus is on gaining clarity and establishing direction. Together, we take time to understand what has brought you to therapy, identify the patterns that may be maintaining current difficulties, and clarify what you would like to work towards.
The first session is not just exploratory. Where appropriate, I will offer practical reflections or exercises to support you between sessions. This might include focused questions, simple nervous system regulation practices, or relational strategies designed to help you begin applying insight in everyday life.
The intention is to move the work beyond conversation and into meaningful change, while setting a clear and thoughtful foundation for the sessions that follow.

About me and my therapy practice
I am a double-accredited Psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, Group therapist, and therapeutic coach focused on helping individuals and couples create lasting change. My practice combines psychotherapy, coaching, and spirituality into a holistic method that fosters meaningful, sustainable transformation.
I believe healing involves understanding the past and creating new ways of living now and in the future. Sessions may explore emotional wounds, unhelpful patterns, and practical tools to embody new behaviours.
For some, this addresses trauma, anxiety, or relationship issues; for others, it builds self-worth, intimacy, or aligns with purpose. My goal is to provide a safe space for growth.
I offer guided mindfulness sessions, including meditation, somatic work, and inner child healing, like shadow work. These move beyond talking into embodied change, releasing old beliefs and establishing new patterns.
What sets my practice apart is combining clinical depth with coaching and spiritual integration. I'm intuitive and use my experience to identify obstacles that traditional Therapy might overlook.
Clients describe the process as both challenging and freeing. I work best with those committed to change, open to reflection, and ready to engage.
If you're seeking a warm, clear, holistic therapist who respects mind, body, and spirit, I welcome supporting you.
Practice description
My practice fosters deep healing, growth, and transformation for individuals and couples seeking more than talk鈥攖hose wanting to understand themselves fully and create lasting change. I support diverse clients, especially those who feel unseen or misunderstood, offering recognition and resonance. I have a passion for supporting members of the queer community, providing a safe space to explore identity, love, and belonging. I often work with professionals, creatives, and couples balancing careers, family, and intimacy.
Change is inevitable in my work. I typically work with clients for a set number of sessions to address avoided issues. You will leave changed for the better. I don鈥檛 believe in keeping clients dependent on weekly sessions; my goal is to help you reach independence.
My first session
From the very first session, I take an active approach. Together, we鈥檒l map out the therapeutic route your work needs to take, highlighting the key areas to focus on and the changes that will make the biggest difference.
You won鈥檛 just leave with insight. You鈥檒l leave with practical guidance and tailored 鈥渉omework鈥 so you can start applying what we cover straight away. Many clients find this both grounding and motivating, because the process doesn鈥檛 stay in the therapy room; it becomes part of your daily life and relationships.
Be ready: the work starts from day one.

Supervision Availability
I currently offer private supervision online at the following times:
鈥 Week 1 (Wednesday 5.00鈥6.00 pm)
鈥 Week 4 (Wednesday 5.00鈥6.00 pm)
I work exclusively with qualified and experienced therapists and do not offer supervision to students or trainees. My approach is reflective and structured, with a focus on clinical clarity, ethical practice, and professional development.
About me and my therapy practice
As a supervisor, I create a space that is both clinically rigorous and deeply human, where supervisees can bring not just their casework, but also their evolving identity as practitioners. My particular interest lies in supporting therapists who are navigating the intersection between clinical practice and spirituality, especially those who may feel they are 鈥渃oming out of the spiritual closet.鈥
Many therapists hold back parts of their practice for fear of judgment or imposter syndrome. I work alongside supervisees to help them find their voice, build inner confidence, and bring authenticity to their work without compromising ethical or professional standards. Together, we explore what it means to integrate holistic, spiritual, or non-traditional approaches within a clinical framework in a way that feels safe, ethical, and true to their values.
I draw on my experience as a therapist, supervisor, and group facilitator, blending integrative clinical training with a holistic lens. I believe supervision is not just about accountability but also about growth, a place to reflect, question, and evolve. My role is to hold a supportive mirror to your practice, offering both structure and encouragement as you step into your identity as a therapist in full.
If you are looking for supervision that supports your clinical development while also giving space for your spiritual or holistic self, I鈥檇 be glad to work with you.
Practice description
My practice is shaped by the intersectionality of my own lived experience as a Black, queer mother, which allows me to hold a unique and expansive perspective within the supervisory relationship. I understand first-hand the subtle ways in which therapists and clients can feel 鈥渙thered鈥 in spaces that were not designed with their identities in mind.
In supervision, I bridge the gap between the unspoken rules of our profession and the nuanced realities of lived experience, offering a compassionate lens that validates difference while maintaining clinical rigour. This perspective helps me support supervisees who may be integrating holistic or spiritual approaches into their work, de-colonising their practice, as well as those navigating identity, belonging, or confidence in their professional journey.
I aim to create a supervisory space where all parts of the therapist are welcome, where difference is not just acknowledged but valued, and where authenticity becomes a source of strength in practice.
My first session
Our first session together is a spacious introduction to the supervision process. You鈥檒l be invited to bring the caseloads currently on your mind and to share openly about what feels most alive in your practice right now, whether that鈥檚 a particular client dynamic, an area of growth, or questions about your professional direction.
I鈥檒l be interested in understanding not only the practical challenges you鈥檙e facing, but also the 鈥済rowing edges鈥 of your work: the places where you feel stretched, curious, or uncertain. Together, we鈥檒l explore how supervision can best support you, whether that鈥檚 in building clinical confidence, integrating a more holistic or spiritual approach, or finding clarity around your professional voice.
The intention of the first session is to establish a collaborative, compassionate relationship where you feel both held and challenged. My role is not to impose a way of working, but to co-create with you a supervisory space that feels aligned, meaningful, and supportive of your ongoing development.
