About me and my therapy practice
Whether a couple or an individual, whatever troubles you鈥buse, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship issues, sexuality, sex and psychosexual issues, stress, trauma or any other issue鈥he first step back to well-being is to reach out for support.
Perhaps a counselling relationship is what you need to help you through. Although family, close friends and colleagues can offer valuable support, sometimes these relationships can be barriers to exploring honestly and openly what you may be thinking or experiencing.
It may be counselling appears to be a daunting prospect for you. However, I would encourage you to try my initial "getting to know you鈥 session, where we can discover what specifically you are looking for and agree the best approach for exploring things further.
Please remember, there are no set rules for your therapy requirements, that is for you to determine with my help and support. Fundamentally, person-centred counselling respects you and your experiences as unique. Simply put, the route to well-being is aided by insight and awareness, gained through a therapeutic relationship based on trust, honesty, non-judgement and acceptance.
As an experienced person-centered 麻豆原创-registered counsellor, I place strong emphasis on getting to know and understand both you and your situation, and to appreciate the issues which are negatively impacting your life. My considerable training and experience, in dealing with a wide range of issues, can begin to help in restoring your sense of well-being.
Please contact me now to arrange an initial "getting to know you鈥 session where we can discover what you are looking for, how I work and to see if we would like to work together.

About me and my therapy practice
Choosing a supervisor is key to your professional development as a counsellor/therapist. It's important to find someone you connect with who can tailor supervision to your needs and support your growth.
I am an experienced integrative counsellor and a supervisor in training, with experience working across organisations and in private practice. I value supervision for the support it provides. I offer safe, professional, thoughtful, and creative supervision鈥攐nline or in-person鈥攖o support your development.
Being able to talk about yourself and your client work without fear of criticism or judgment is a key aspect of a supervisory relationship. Supervision helps you reflect on your practice and supports the growth of skills, knowledge, awareness, and ethical judgment in a supportive relationship. Two-way feedback is a key part of the supervisory process.
I encourage you to initiate conversations about our supervisory relationship, regularly reflect on whether your objectives are being met, and bring any client, organisation/private practice issues and training-based material to supervision.
Contact me to arrange a free 30-minute initial meeting, online or in person. In this meeting, we can discuss what you are looking for in supervision, I can explain my approach, and together we can decide whether to move forward and work together.
Fees: 拢55 for 1.5 hours or 拢40 for 1 hour. This is a reduced rate whilst in training.
