About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I鈥檓 Scania.
Taking the first step towards counselling can feel daunting, and I truly honour the courage it takes to reach out. Whether you prefer therapy in nature, online, or in a peaceful room with a view, I offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for you to explore your unique journey.
I am a fully qualified, 麻豆原创-accredited psychospiritual psychotherapeutic counsellor, clinical supervisor, and ecotherapist. Currently, I am completing my LDPRT Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy diploma as a COSRT-registered student, and I am welcoming psychosexual and relationship clients at a low cost during this final year of training.
What I Offer:
Psychospiritual & Transpersonal Therapy: A holistic approach that honours the integration of mind, body, and soul. Together, we explore not only your thoughts and emotions but also your deeper sense of meaning and connection.
Ecotherapy (鈥淲alk and Talk鈥): Harnessing the healing power of nature, we can meet outdoors鈥攊n woodlands, at the beach, or other inspiring natural spaces. When possible, sessions around a fire create a unique, grounding atmosphere.
Low-Cost Psychosexual & Relationship Therapy: Supporting individuals, couples, and diverse relationship structures with challenges around intimacy, connection, and communication. This service is offered at a reduced fee while I complete my diploma.
Clinical Supervision: I provide reflective, compassionate supervision for therapists seeking professional and personal growth.
My approach is warm, authentic, and tailored to your needs. I see therapy as a collaborative journey of self-discovery, healing, and transformation, where you are empowered to move forward with greater clarity and resilience.
If you鈥檙e curious or would like to know more, please get in touch for a no-pressure chat.
Practice description
My Approach
I work from a Transpersonal and Psycho-Spiritual perspective, viewing therapy as a journey of self-discovery, acceptance, and transformation鈥攏ot just problem management. My role is to support you in navigating life鈥檚 challenges with compassion, authenticity, and respect for your unique path.
I don鈥檛 promise instant happiness, but I do offer a safe, nurturing space where real change can happen鈥攁 space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward with your life.
Why Choose Ecotherapy?
Nature is a powerful co-therapist. Being outdoors helps you reconnect with yourself, offering clarity, peace, and a deeper sense of belonging. Whether we walk, sit, or gather around a fire, our sessions are shaped by what feels right for you.
Session Options
Indoors: A cosy studio at the top of my garden, complete with a wood-burning stove and comfortable seating, or a second floor beach hut overlooking the beach.
Online: I work with clients worldwide, so you can access therapy wherever you are.
The Spiritual Aspect
I recognise that we are more than our thoughts and emotions鈥攚e are deeply connected to something greater. I integrate Transpersonal Psychology, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Humanistic Therapy, and Psychosynthesis to create a space where personal growth and spiritual exploration coexist.
Let鈥檚 Talk
If you鈥檙e curious but unsure, please send me a text to arrange a friendly, no-pressure chat. It鈥檚 a chance to see if we鈥檙e the right fit.

My first session
Initial Consultation and First Session
I offer a free, 15-minute chat at the outset to see if we feel like a good fit. This initial conversation helps us both decide if working together feels right.
In our first full session, we鈥檒l get to know each other better. I鈥檒l invite you to share some information about what you鈥檇 like to explore in therapy.
For psychosexual and relationship work, the first session often includes relevant assessment questions. These are gently woven into our conversation to encourage the therapeutic process to begin naturally.
For individual psychotherapy, you have the option to complete an information-gathering form beforehand if you prefer, which can help us make the most of our first meeting.

About me and my therapy practice
Supervision is a collaborative, reflective space鈥攔ooted in trust, curiosity, and care鈥攚here you can bring your whole self as a therapist. I see supervision as not just oversight, but a nurturing process that supports your professional growth, self-awareness, and wellbeing.
My approach is integrative and holistic, drawing deeply on Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychospiritual, and transpersonal perspectives. IFS invites us to explore the different parts of ourselves and our clients, fostering compassion and understanding for the inner dynamics that shape our work. The psychospiritual and transpersonal elements honour the deeper dimensions of human experience, supporting you to connect with meaning, purpose, and the wisdom that lies beyond the everyday.
In our sessions, you are encouraged to reflect on your therapeutic relationships, your own responses, and your evolving identity as a practitioner. Whether you are newly qualified or experienced, I offer supervision that honours your unique path and supports you through the inevitable ebbs and flows of therapeutic work.
Nature is woven into my practice and. Sessions can be indoors or outdoors. I find the natural world offers grounding, inspiration, and a gentle reminder of our interconnectedness. For those further afield, I also offer supervision online, holding the same depth and presence virtually.
I am passionate about supporting therapists who work with diverse client groups and relationship structures, and I welcome supervisees from all backgrounds. My supervision style is warm, open, and rooted in mutual respect. I hold space for you to reflect honestly on your practice, navigate ethical dilemmas, celebrate your strengths, and attend to your own self-care.
If you鈥檙e seeking a supervisor who values authenticity, depth, and the wisdom found in both nature and human experience, I鈥檇 love to connect for a no-pressure chat to see if we鈥檙e the right fit.
Practice description
Supervision is a living, breathing process. I welcome questions, doubts, joys, and the places and parts of you where you feel stuck. My style is warm, open, and collaborative, shaped by a belief in the power of reflective practice, nature, and soulful enquiry.
I value the wisdom that comes from slowing down, listening deeply, and honouring the cycles of growth and rest鈥攂oth in ourselves and in our work. Whether we meet in person or connect online, I aim to create an environment where you feel safe, seen, and supported.
I welcome supervisees from all backgrounds and stages of practice, including those working in traditional settings and those weaving creativity, ritual, or nature into their work. I am especially passionate about supporting therapists who are exploring new territory, holding complexity, or seeking to reconnect with meaning and purpose in their practice.
Supervision is a partnership. You can expect honest feedback, encouragement, and space to reflect on both the clinical and the personal dimensions of your work.
My first session
Your first supervision session is a gentle introduction to our collaborative journey, shaped by your preferences and needs. Whether we meet in my indoor studio, outdoors in nature, or online, we鈥檒l begin by getting to know each other and exploring what you hope to gain from supervision. I鈥檒l invite you to share aspects of your current practice, your experience, and any areas where you鈥檇 like support, challenge, or deeper reflection.
Drawing on a psychospiritual perspective, I see supervision as a space where we can explore not only your professional development but also your sense of meaning, purpose, and connection鈥攈onouring the whole self, including mind, body, and spirit. If it resonates with you, we can incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS) language, gently exploring the different 鈥榩arts鈥 of yourself that arise in your work: the compassionate therapist, the inner critic, or the parts that feel uncertain or vulnerable. This approach helps us understand how these internal dynamics influence your practice and wellbeing.
Together, we鈥檒l co-create a supervision contract that suits the way you want to work鈥攃larifying boundaries, confidentiality, and practicalities, as well as your preferred setting for our sessions. I encourage you to bring your whole self to supervision: your strengths, uncertainties, and questions, as well as any parts of you that seek attention or healing. My role is to offer a warm, non-judgemental, and collaborative space where you feel safe to reflect, grow, and deepen your practice鈥攚hether that鈥檚 indoors, outdoors, or online. Our first session is about building trust and setting the foundation for a supportive, flexible, and authentic supervisory relationship,
