I provide both online and in-person counselling/psychotherapy to individual adults, and to children, young people and families.

About me and my therapy practice

I am a Senior Accredited Counsellor/Psychotherapist working with individual adults and with children, young people and families. By creating a safe, empathic environment I enable you to process tough emotions and come to terms with them. Normalising difficult feelings and finding healthy ways to express them is particularly beneficial for building resilience and moving forward.

Therapy sessions are confidential. This means that you can talk about things you might not feel able to discuss with anyone else, in a safe environment, knowing you will not be judged. As your therapist, I will aim to help you find better ways to cope and bring about changes to improve your mental and emotional wellbeing.

I have considerable experience of helping people with anxiety, depression, feeling sad, panic attacks, OCD, low self-esteem, relationship problems, family and work issues. I am an experienced bereavement counsellor and worked for a number of years supporting bereaved family members, of all ages, in a hospice setting. I also work with clients who use the 12 step recovery programmes for addictions to alcohol, drugs, gambling, food, eating disorders, and other related issues.

I have extensive experience of supporting children and young people as I worked as a counsellor in a primary school for a number of years.

I also help couples who face difficulties in their relationships to gain insight into their challenges, improve their communication, and develop clarity about where they want their relationship to be.

As a professional coach with accredited training, I can support you with challenges at work and help you identify what you want to achieve or change in your professional life.

Practice description

As an integrative therapist, I use different techniques from a range of therapeutic models to suit each client and their individual circumstances. This model allows me to respond to you in a way that will best fit your needs and empower you to process even the most challenging emotions. About me and my therapy practice

I am a Â鶹ԭ´´ Senior Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist with extensive experience as a clinical supervisor. I offer integrative, relational supervision for counsellors and psychotherapists working with individual adults as well as children, young people, and families (CYPF).

I have an established private practice in south London, working with adults and CYPF both in person and online. I hold a postgraduate qualification in the supervision of counselling and psychotherapy and work with the Seven-Eyed Model and the Cyclical Model of supervision.

Practice description

My practice is informed primarily by psychodynamic, person-centred, and relational-developmental perspectives, while remaining open and responsive to a broad range of therapeutic approaches. I place particular value on developing a shared language with each supervisee, enabling us to work collaboratively and creatively even when our theoretical orientations differ.

I aim to provide a reflective and collaborative supervisory space where supervisees can explore their clinical work, develop insight, and strengthen confidence in their practice. I respect each supervisee’s theoretical orientation and work flexibly across models.

I can support supervisees with:

• Clinical practice and client work

• Reflective practice and professional development

• Therapist self-care

• Private practice development

• Working with private insurers

• Â鶹ԭ´´ accreditation and senior accreditation

I welcome supervisees at all stages of their professional development.
