About me and my therapy practice
鈥淟ife can only be understood backwards; but it must be lived forwards鈥 (Soren Kierkegaard)
Sometimes we may feel that everything we experience in life is difficult, challenging or simply doesn't make sense anymore. The amount of pressure we need to handle every day combined with all these repressed and unprocessed memories of things we never dealt with can easily lead to generalised anxiety disorder, panic disorder, phobias and heightened stress level.
What happens next are the by-products of the above, which amongst others are: family issues, relationship difficulties, separation, affairs, depression, prolonged sadness, lack of motivation and energy, addictions and many others.
We all possess physical, mental/emotional and sexual healths. When our physical health needs attention, we go to see a doctor. Sadly, we often disregard the latter. Negligence of our emotional or sexual healths will affect the others and often leads to our physical health issues. This scenario in many cases creates a vicious cycle, where we see a doctor for physical misalignments without attending to the real causes of our suffering.
We think we are strong and we can handle it all, where in fact we are getting weaker, less resilient to adversities and prone to negative feelings & reactions.
At times like this, therapeutic process can come really handy and can help us to see our lives through a different pair of lens. No matter what, therapy can be a practical investment in your personal well being, health and prosperousness. Once in the process, you will gain awareness that will help you in developing new powerful meanings of yourself and the world around you, and that empowering level of consciousness can never be taken away from you.

My first session
Once we make arrangements for the first session, we will talk about the reasons you wish to enter the therapeutic process.
You will be invited to share what feels right about the circumstances and the nature of the issue you are struggling with. I will probably complete a psychological assessment (questionnaire) to establish where you are in the sense of coping and problems at the moment and we will come up with a plan for the process.
You will decide whether you wish to work towards your goals, or explore more of the past before moving forward. All routes in therapy are dictated by the needs of the individual person, as we are all unique, hence we have different requirements and ways to achieve our objectives.

About me and my therapy practice
Enriched by my cultural background and life-experiences I offer depths of understanding on how diversified roots of origins may impact relationships and sexuality. I works humanistically, integrating a range of approaches with a focus on the uniqueness of each individual. My warm, sensitive, yet gently challenging therapeutic style ascertains that clients feel safe and supported to face the complexities of their experiences and explore even the most uncomfortable of contents.
As a practitioner I deliver a transformative, in-depth process that goes beyond surface-level results. My therapeutic journey prepares for new layers of awareness and making space for shift and sustainable changes. I create a connectedness based on confidentiality, acceptance and ethical practice that provokes reflection and empowering dialogs which in turn promotes healing and growth. And although there is no risk of judgement or criticism, there might be a gentle challenge and potent developmental feedback. If you鈥檙e seeking a practitioner who provides warmth, depth and a fresh perspective, I would be honoured to hear from you.
I am bilingual speaker and provide therapeutic process inclusively in both English and Polish

My first session
During the first session you will be invited to share what has led you to seek this kind of support. I will probably complete a psychological assessment (questionnaire) to establish where you are in the sense of general wellbeing at the moment, and we will discuss how we could work together with the challenges that are still present in your life.
The assessment session is an informative meeting for both parties to establish how this mutually entered process could create a shift in the current situation for you.
We will focus on your concerns, aims and goals and I will prepare a formulation to provide a structure and plan moving forward.
Each formulation is unique and individual and can be altered and revised at any time required.

About me and my therapy practice
Very experienced Integrative and Psychosexually trained sex and relationship psychotherapist and supervisor. Providing support in both, generic psychotherapy and counselling, and couple and relationships (all kinds and configurations) structures.
The extension to supervisory path was a natural expansion of my professional practice to facilitate supportive journey and guidance to fellow trainees and qualified practitioners in a non-judgemental, holistic and intuitive way.
I use a range of modalities and interventions in supervision, which I share during the supervisory process that I perceive as a very special relationship between two (or more, if group sessions) humans on a similar platform, yet with different angles of perspectives.
My supervision is encouraging and reassuring, yet challenging enough to assist with personal and professional growth in the place that is safe, contained and affirmative.

My first session
When you first reach out to me, we will most likely engage via an email. I will let you know my current availabilities and if they are compatible with your schedule we can arrange (this is not obligatory) a quick 10-15mins call to have an informal chat.
If we both decide to go ahead and work together, we will arrange the time and day for the first session, and you will receive a relevant paperwork from me to complete prior to the first session.
During the first session I will welcome you to invite whatever feels the need to be addressed clinically and from your own perspective as a practitioner. We will explore the ways you wish to be supported and challenged and the areas of growth that you would like to focus on.
In the following sessions you will be invited to bring up cases you would like to discuss and gain greater clarity with. The connection between us will be developmental and will reflect on your own personal and professional practice and growth.
I am curious and excited to meet you :)
