About me and my therapy practice
Welcome to my page. I'm a neurodivergent-affirming, accredited, and experienced chartered psychologist and and psychotherapist, with a specialism in working with ADHD and Autistic individuals. My training expands to couples and relationship work as an accredited Relate practitioner.
I currently see clients online and offer a flexible appointment system or more structured days and times as required. I see the therapy work as a jointly agreed process where you are an active agent of change. My role is to support the exploration of your identity, including relationships, both historically and now.
I am qualified to doctoral (Dr of Psychology & Psychotherapy) and Master's level. I am also registered with the healthcare insurance provider AXA.

About me and my therapy practice
I am a Doctor of Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy, MÂ鶹Դ´ Accredited practitioner and experienced therapist and clinical supervisor. My practice is grounded in a relational, humanistic and integrative approach, with a strong emphasis on curiosity, compassion, reflective practice and the development of a safe supervisory relationship.
As a supervisor, I aim to create a space where practitioners can think openly about their work, explore complexity and uncertainty, and develop greater confidence in their clinical decision-making. I see supervision as more than a place to discuss cases; it is an opportunity to reflect on the therapeutic relationship, the practitioner's use of self, ethical and professional responsibilities, and the wider systems in which therapy takes place.
Practice description
I have a particular interest in neurodivergence and offer neurodivergence-affirming supervision, including for practitioners working with autistic and/or ADHD clients. I am particularly interested in the ways that neurodivergence can influence therapeutic relationships, communication, formulation, identity, masking, burnout and professional practice. I also welcome supervisees who are themselves neurodivergent and may benefit from a more individualised and affirming supervisory approach.
My clinical experience includes individual therapy, couples and relationship work, trauma, complex presentations, neurodivergence, anxiety, OCD, relational difficulties and issues around identity and self-understanding. I draw on humanistic, phenomenological, relational psychodynamic and CBT perspectives, adapting my approach according to the needs of the supervisee, client and therapeutic context.
I value supervision that is thoughtful, collaborative and appropriately challenging. I will encourage you to bring the work that feels difficult, uncomfortable or uncertain, rather than feeling that you need to arrive with everything already worked out. My aim is to support practitioners to remain curious about their clients while also developing their own clinical voice, confidence and professional identity.
I offer supervision to counsellors and psychotherapists at different stages of their professional development and welcome practitioners from a range of therapeutic orientations. I am particularly interested in working with therapists who value relational depth, reflective practice and an ethical, non-pathologising approach to therapy.
My practice is based on the belief that good supervision should support both the therapist and the work — providing sufficient challenge to maintain safe and ethical practice, while also offering the psychological safety needed for genuine reflection, learning and growth.
