About me and my therapy practice

I am a Person Centred counsellor who works with adults, young people and children in a warm, welcoming and nurturing centre in Nuneaton.

Being a person centred counsellor means I support you unconditionally whilst together we uncover and explore any difficulties you are experiencing whatever those difficulties may be.

I offer a range of different services including individual counselling (short or long term) Pre-trial targeted support and group therapy

I believe that by offering a safe non-judgemental space at the time you need , supports you to explore and uncover any struggles and difficulties you might be experiencing and empowers you to connect with your true self and move forward towards a happier more fulfilling future.

Practice description

I work in a centre that's close to all major road links and a short walk from Nuneaton town centre and railway station, in a discreet location with onsite parking. The room we use is a calm and healing space in which to uncover and explore any difficulties you might be experiencing.

My first session

I offer a free 15 minute telephone appointment so you can get a sense of what it might feel like to work with me. If you decide that you would like to move forward, you will be offered an appointment at time that fits your schedule.
