About me and my therapy practice

Welcome. If you are going through a difficult time—or supporting someone who is—struggling with an eating disorder, anxiety, stress, or low mood, you do not have to face it alone. I offer a warm, compassionate, and supportive therapeutic relationship to help you regain a sense of control, confidence, and wellbeing.

I am an experienced and accredited Counsellor, Coach, and Clinical Supervisor, with Master Practitioner-level training in eating disorders and obesity. I work integratively, combining counselling and coaching to support lasting change in your relationship with food and your body. My approach is grounded in evidence-based interventions informed by the British Psychological Society, alongside nutritional rehabilitation principles, to support recovery from anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, and disordered eating.

I tailor therapy to address the underlying drivers of difficulty, including food noise, body image concerns, low self-esteem, anxiety, and depression. My work focuses not only on symptom relief, but on building resilience, self-trust, and sustainable change, so progress continues beyond our sessions.

For individuals who have used weight-loss medications such as Mounjaro or Ozempic (GLP-1s), I provide specialist support to help consolidate results. While these medications can be effective, many people find that without changes in habits, nutrition, and mindset, weight and distress can return. I offer a structured, personalised plan to help you maintain progress, reduce food noise, and develop a healthier, more peaceful relationship with food and your body.

You will be met with understanding, expertise, and respect in a safe, non-judgemental space. Together, we will work towards a calmer mind, greater confidence, and a life less dominated by food and body concerns.
