About me and my therapy practice

Hi my name is Helene and have worked in addiction recovery fo twenty years. My passion is watch people grow and become the best version of themselves. I aim to provide a trusted companion on life's journey and help you to find your own understanding. I work from an Integrative approach using person centered, humanistic therapy. I specialise in trauma and addiction having worked in this field twenty years.

Practice description

I work with you and have worked with individuals and couples. I can provide a safe place to explore using an online platform or in person or phone. I have been privileged to work with all age groups from 18 yrs upwards and all back grounds.

My first session

I provide a 30 minute first session to assess your needs and expectations this will also be used for planning further sessions.
