About me and my therapy practice
Are you considering counselling?
I'm a qualified Humanistic Psychotherapist and Counselling Supervisor with over 10 years’ experience working therapeutically with a wide range of clients and concerns. I offer in-person sessions at my private practice in Falmouth, as well as online therapy for those who prefer the comfort and convenience of accessing counselling from home. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MÂ鶹Դ´).
I provide a safe, supportive, and confidential therapeutic space where you can explore and work through challenging issues and life events. These may include anxiety and panic, depression, trauma, bereavement and loss, self-image concerns, inner conflict, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions.
I have a particular interest in working with:
• Personal growth and wellbeing
• Resolving traumatic experiences
• Navigating significant life transitions
• Men’s issues and healthy masculinity
My practice is located a short distance from Falmouth town centre, where I offer face-to-face sessions. Online therapy is also available via a secure, encrypted video platform—ideal for clients with limited mobility, time constraints, or difficulties with travel.
If you have any questions or would like to book an initial session, please feel free to get in touch using the contact details provided. You can also learn more about me and my approach by visiting personcentredliving.uk.
I respond to all enquiries—please check your junk or spam folder if you don’t see a reply.
Practice description
Our sessions provide a supportive, compassionate space where we can explore your concerns through a humanistic talking therapy approach. This may include techniques such as Focusing—bringing mindful awareness to physical sensations to deepen self-understanding; Parts Work—engaging in dialogue with different aspects of your personality to ease inner conflict; and gentle exercises designed to reduce tension and anxiety.
Together, we’ll reflect on emerging insights and integrate meaningful changes as they arise. Periodically, we’ll hold review sessions to evaluate your progress, identify what’s working well (or what might need adjusting), and tailor our approach to best support your unique needs.
My first session
Our first session is a full working meeting where we’ll explore what has brought you to counselling. We’ll discuss any hopes or goals you may have for therapy, as well as your preferences for how you’d like to work together.
As an integrative psychotherapist, I blend a range of approaches tailored to your individual needs. Research shows that acknowledging and incorporating client preferences significantly enhances therapeutic outcomes. Throughout our work together, we’ll regularly review what is—or isn’t—working for you, ensuring your therapy remains effective and supportive.

About me and my therapy practice
I am a CPCAB Level 6 qualified clinical counselling supervisor, offering supervision sessions either in person at my Falmouth-based practice or online.
Drawing on over a decade of experience as a person-centred clinician in private practice, I take an integrative approach to supervision, grounded in a humanistic, relational model.
As a supervisor, I aim to create a supportive and collaborative environment where you feel empowered to explore your clinical work, reflect on challenges and strengths, and attend to your professional development needs.
Whether you are new to the profession or working at an advanced practitioner level, my focus is on using our supervisory relationship to foster self-awareness, personal growth, and the development of your unique clinical voice.
My fee is £70 for a 90-minute session.
If you're interested in exploring how I could support your professional development, please feel free to get in touch. I'm happy to arrange a preliminary phone conversation to discuss your needs and how we might work together.
