About me and my therapy practice
You may be living with anxiety that feels frightening and out of control. Thoughts race, your body reacts with breathlessness or dizziness, and fear takes over. You might monitor your body or avoid certain places. Reassurance does not help in the long term. What helps is understanding what is happening inside you, so you can feel safe again and regain confidence.
You want anxiety to stop running your life. Being reassured may feel calming for a moment, but it keeps the cycle going. Understanding why anxiety feels so intense reduces fear, helps you stop constant checking and avoidance, and allows real, lasting change to begin.
I help you understand anxiety and break the anxiety cycle by exploring deeper issues alongside psychoeducation and practical tools. The work is both relational and practical, helping reduce fear of physical sensations, rebuild trust in your body, and restore confidence so anxiety no longer controls how you live your life.
Practice description
In my practice, I offer online sessions through Microsoft Teams or Zoom, each lasting 50 minutes. This format provides convenience and security, enabling us to connect effectively regardless of your location. You can contact me via phone or email to schedule sessions or to ask any questions you may have about the therapy process.
My first session
As an existential therapist, our first session will focus on understanding what brings you to therapy at this time. We'll discuss the challenges you're facing and also take a look at your past. It's important to see the whole picture, connecting your past experiences to where you are now. This approach helps us grasp how everything ties together in your current situation.
