About me and my therapy practice
I am a Counselling Psychologist offering psychology sessions in Canary Wharf, in both English and Polish. I provide therapy online and in person, offering a safe and confidential space for exploration and growth.
In addition to therapy, I offer parent coaching. This service complements my Reparent Yourself training program — designed to help parents break free from reactive patterns, develop emotional awareness, and cultivate deeper, more compassionate connections with their children.
I have several years of professional experience within mental health settings, including the Burgess Autistic Trust, Highgate Counselling Centre, the NHS, Mind, and the Polish Psychologists’ Association.
My aim is to create a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can express your emotions and explore the issues that bring you to therapy. Together, we will work to deepen your understanding of your emotional world and how your experiences and relationships shape your responses to life’s challenges. Counselling can help you reconnect with your feelings, express your needs more confidently, and develop healthier boundaries with others.
Although my main training is in psychodynamic counselling, I integrate approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Polyvagal Theory, and Compassion-Focused Therapy to tailor the work to your individual needs. I am committed to maintaining the highest professional and ethical standards, following the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (Â鶹Դ´) Code of Conduct. I hold Professional Liability and Indemnity Insurance.
I have experience supporting clients with a wide range of difficulties, including anger management, anxiety, bereavement, depression, loneliness, low self-esteem, mood swings, parenting difficulties, issues related to pregnancy, relationship challenges, trauma, work-related stress, and working with people on the autism spectrum.

My first session
Initial consultations are usually made up of two to four face-to-face or online meetings, which are 50 minutes long. During the initial consultations, we will explore your difficulties and decide on the best treatment option. You will have a chance to get to know me and to ask questions, without commitment to commence therapy. Initial consultations are for us to decide whether both of us feel comfortable/are fit to work together. I work to the best of my ability but should I feel that the difficulties that you struggle with may exceed my competencies, I will aim to support you with finding suitable help. If we decide to work together, I will offer you a regular therapy slot. Prior to your fitrst consultation, I will email you a therapeutic agreement that I will ask you to sign and send back to me before our first appointment.
