I help people find clarity, rebuild self-esteem, and grow in self-compassion during times of change. Together, we will explore your experiences and uncover practical ways to move forward so you can feel more confident, supported, and empowered in your next chapter.
With over 12 years of experience as a therapist and coach, I’ve walked alongside many people as they’ve faced life’s challenges and I know the profound difference the right support can make.
My approach is warm, down-to-earth and tailored to you, helping you reconnect with your strengths and step into the life you want to live.

Practice description
I use an integrative approach to therapy using person-centred foundations but also offering tools and techniques used in solution focused therapy, positive psychology, compassion focused therapy and life coaching.
Our working relationship will form an integral part of the therapeutic process with the sessions moving at your pace, in a safe environment, free from judgement.
The combination of these tools and techniques ensures that the work that we do is specifically tailored to you, which will enable you achieve clarity to help you work through your current issues, but also feel confident and well equipped for any challenges that life may bring to you in the future.
After the optional initial consultation, the first session will be spent exploring your current challenges and how your past experiences have had an impact on you and your current life.
We will discuss in more detail what you would like to achieve from therapy and how you would like your future life to look.
