Features

  • Flexible hours available

Availability

I currently have space within my practice and offer flexible availability to make therapy more accessible. This includes early morning and evening sessions, as well as standard daytime appointments. I also provide online sessions, giving you the choice of connecting from home or attending in person.

Rather than listing set hours, I encourage new clients to start with a free 30-minute telephone consultation. This can be arranged at a time that works for you and gives us a chance to discuss what you’re looking for, without any commitment. From there, we can agree on a regular session time that fits around your schedule.

Please get in touch to arrange your free consultation and we can take the first step together.

About me and my therapy practice

I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine human connection. My role is to offer a safe, supportive space where you can talk openly, feel truly heard, and begin to make sense of what’s happening in your life.

I work in a gentle, collaborative way, never pushing, never judging, but walking alongside you as we explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences together. Sometimes that means focusing on the challenges you’re facing right now, and sometimes it means looking at patterns from the past that still affect you today.

My approach is flexible and shaped by your needs. I draw on over 15 years of experience supporting people with their mental health and wellbeing. This allows me to adapt how we work so it feels relevant, meaningful and personal to you.

Clients often tell me they appreciate my down-to-earth style and that I help them feel comfortable quickly. My aim is always to help you find more clarity, strengthen your resilience, and reconnect with what matters most to you.

Practice description

My practice is a welcoming and confidential space where you can bring whatever feels heavy or important in your life. Many of the people I work with come because they’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, low, or struggling in their relationships. Others simply have a sense that things could be different, even if they can’t yet put that into words.

Sessions last 50 minutes and usually take place weekly, though I can offer flexibility where needed. I work both in-person and online, so you can choose the setting that feels most comfortable for you.

Alongside my work as a psychotherapist, I also design and deliver psychoeducational training and workshops, workplace wellbeing consultancy and critical incident interventions. This background gives me a unique perspective where I’m able to draw on both therapeutic skills and practical strategies, blending them in a way that suits your needs.

Clients often tell me that this combination helps them not only to feel understood on a personal level, but also to leave sessions with tools they can apply in everyday life. Whether you are looking to explore your experiences more deeply, gain fresh perspective, or find practical ways forward, my aim is to provide a space that is supportive, flexible, and centred around you.

My first session

I offer a free 30-minute telephone consultation as a first step. This is a chance for you to get a feel for me and how I work, and for us to think together about what you’re looking for from therapy. It’s completely informal and there’s no pressure to share anything you don’t want to, the focus is on giving you space to ask questions, talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, and see if I might be the right fit for you.

Many people find this consultation helpful because it takes away some of the uncertainty about starting therapy. You’ll have the opportunity to hear more about how sessions work, what to expect, and explore whether ongoing therapy feels right for you.

If you choose to continue, sessions are 50 minutes long and offered at the standard rate. There’s no obligation at all to commit after the consultation, the decision is always yours.

Booking a consultation is simple: just reach out, and we’ll arrange a time that suits you.
