About me and my therapy practice
I offer both short and long term psychotherapy and counselling in an inclusive, non judgmental environment, where we can work together to better understand whatever might be troubling you.
As a modern and forward thinking practitioner I will work collaboratively with you, focusing on developing an honest therapeutic relationship based on mutual respect. I do this by talking together about you and your life. In this way, you can begin to better understand the difficulties you may be having and the reasons they persist. We can then begin to uncover patterns, process difficulties, and create space for change.
You may be considering therapy because of an existing mental health issue. It could be that you are feeling anxious or depressed. Perhaps a specific event has triggered some difficult emotions, or maybe you are not sure why you feel like you do.
Life today, particularly in a big city, can be hard to navigate. The pressures of juggling work, relationships and socialising in the digital age may feel isolating. You may be coping on the outside but struggling internally, feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or simply not yourself. Whether you're facing a specific issue or a general sense that something isn’t quite right, therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and feel less alone with it all.
My approach is grounded in curiosity and care and I hope that, whatever has brought you here, you'll feel able to talk to me.
Practice description
I’ve supported hundreds of people through challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship and family difficulties, burnout, self doubt, grief, trauma, identity questions, creative blocks, and professional or academic pressure.
I hold an MSc in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy, a Diploma in Counselling, and a BA in History of Art. I’m a registered member of the Â鶹Դ´ (MÂ鶹Դ´) and a full registrant of the BPC and I work in accordance with their professional code of ethics. In addition to my private practice, I have worked as a student counsellor at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. These roles gave me in depth insight into the psychological lives of creatives, actors, musicians, dancers, designers, and writers, navigating the intensity, uncertainty, and vulnerability that often come with creative work.
Before training as a therapist, I spent many years in various demanding business roles. This background informs my work with professionals in high responsibility positions, including CEOs, founders, and entrepreneurs, who are carrying the emotional demands of leadership, innovation, and complex interpersonal dynamics. As part of my MSc, I also trained in the psychology of organisational dynamics, which allows me to work with both individual experience and the wider systems people operate within. Alongside therapy, I offer psychological coaching, blending clinical insight with a deep understanding of identity, power, and group dynamics in professional life.
I am fully insured, my work is professionally supervised, and I remain committed to ongoing training and development.

Alongside my psychotherapeutic work, I also offer psychological coaching for those wanting to explore professional or leadership challenges from a deeper, more reflective place. This might include navigating complex relationships at work, managing pressure, or seeking a clearer sense of direction. The work often bridges the personal and professional, supporting greater self awareness, authenticity, and resilience.
My approach is grounded in curiosity and care and I hope that, whatever has brought you here, you'll feel able to talk to me.
