As a certified psychotherapist trained in a person-centred pluralist counselling framework and EMDR (Eye Movement Desentisisation Reprocessing) Practitioner, I am continually updating my skills and both personally and professionally developing in various areas. Over many years this has included: EMDR; Working with Trauma; Grief, Loss, and Bereavement; Creative Clinical Supervision; Yoga and Meditation Teacher Trainings; Neurolinguistic Programming;  Shamanic Breathwork Facilitation; Creative/Art Processing; Solution-Focused Brief Therapy; Mental Health Recovery Mentoring, and Coaching; and Motivational Interviewing.

This all allows for the integration of a psychotherapeutic journey that encompasses personal growth on physical, mental, emotional, philosophical and spiritual levels.
