How I work
As a therapist I use person- Centred approach combined with CBT and by using the two theories together I have seen a great success with clients.
Lets just go over what each one is so you have a better understanding with how it all works
Person-centred therapy is about looking at a clients issues either from the past or whats going on now, with this information together we can explore the effects it has on you. The environment you will experience from me will be a non-judgemental approach and this will help you to feel safe to be open with me.
CBT is a brilliant way to help with anxiety. The theory focuses on challenging and changing behaviours you may have started doing, and we call this pattens we repeat through our lives. with me together we can improve emotional regulation and the development of coping strategies that targets solving current or past issues. And believe me this will change your life for the better.
I have my own cosy private practice where we are free from interruptions. or I offer on-line, it is entirely up to you.

About me and my therapy practice
My name is Kellie and I am an accredited therapist.
I have 10 years experience.
I offer on-line and telephone sessions.
I am also a clinical supervisor and offer support to therapists and trainee therapists in placement. Feel free to contact me for a chat. I offer on-going support all the time and welcome you to contact me in between supervision if you need my support. My approach is Person- Centred and CB
On-line and telephone are just as affective and from my experience it has proven to have a high success rate with clients.
My approach is person centred which means we look at past experience and bring into the here and now. It also looks at the way you perceive yourself consciously. Over time you will become more self aware, with this you will become confident and free from low self esteem.
CBT focuses on challenging and changing behaviours. Within therapy you will improve emotional regulation and the development of coping strategies that targets solving current problems.
I also work with couples. When couples come to therapy, these comforting feelings have often been replaced with pain, conflict and a sense of isolation. The aim is not to point the finger and blame but to help you and your partner how to reconnect emotionally, and to listen to each other differently and learn to communicate more effectively and create, if appropriate, a happier and healthier relationship going forward.
Practice description
Feeling alone, isolation, life issues are some of the factors that can impact anyones mental health. Despite our efforts to refrain ourselves from speaking about challenges that we face. A lot of us secretly wish we had somebody who we could communicate our worries with. Taking steps towards taking care of one’s mental health, this is when counselling can help to feel heard and understood and how to gain power and confidence within yourself.
Taking steps to see therapy can be daunting and that’s why I offer you a relaxed experience where you will start to feel safe to talk. I bring my own personality to the therapy sessions. Meaning I am what you see.
What is explored in therapy is entirely up to you, I place great importance on allowing the freedom to look at any or every facet of your life, from the earliest memories to the present day, this is carried out in a non-judgemental and accepting manner from me.
My first session
I offer a call so you can decide if I am the right therapist for you

My Approach
My supervision style is grounded in person-centred and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), with a trauma-informed lens and a deep respect for relational depth. I also draw from systemic, creative, and integrative modalities to meet each supervisee where they are — emotionally, clinically, and professionally.
I’m especially passionate about therapist self-development. I see supervision as a space not only for clinical reflection, but for personal growth, boundary-setting, and reconnecting with the heart of your practice. Whether you’re navigating burnout, building confidence, or deepening your therapeutic identity, I’m here to walk alongside you.
I also understand that supervision is not one-size-fits-all. Some supervisees need structure and clarity; others need space to breathe and reflect. Some are navigating high-risk work, while others are rediscovering their passion for the field. I adapt my approach to meet you where you are — with steadiness, warmth, and clinical integrity.
I also work exclusively online, which allows me to offer flexible, accessible supervision to therapists across the UK and beyond. Working online doesn’t affect how I work — the space remains just as warm, steady, and emotionally safe.
