I鈥檓 a neurodivergent, queer and trans therapist. I know what it鈥檚 like to feel anxious, overwhelmed, low or just plain exhausted by trying to exist in a world that isn鈥檛 designed with us in mind. The things that affect you often affect me too 鈥 I don鈥檛 sit above you as 鈥渢he expert.鈥 Instead, I bring my own lived experience alongside my training and tools as a therapist.
My style is relaxed and friendly, with space for humour and honesty as much as gentleness. Sessions often include a lot of 鈥渕e too, I get it鈥 moments, because I really do. If you鈥檝e ever felt like you have to explain yourself or translate your experience, this is a space where you don鈥檛 have to.
The heart of my work is supporting queer and neurodivergent people to survive (and hopefully thrive) in a world that isn鈥檛 always kind or accommodating.
Practice description
There鈥檚 no 鈥渙ne-size-fits-all鈥 when it comes to therapy. I draw on different approaches 鈥 person-centred, CBT, ACT 鈥 but the most important part is finding what works for you. Sometimes that looks like practical tools, sometimes it鈥檚 space to process, and sometimes it鈥檚 being met with humour and humanity when things feel heavy.

Your first session is about you telling your story in your own way, at your own pace. We鈥檒l talk about what鈥檚 brought you here and what you鈥檇 like to get from therapy. You can also ask me anything you need to know. I understand how daunting it can feel to take this step, so we鈥檒l go gently.
