About me and my therapy practice

I am a Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist and the work involves the goal of alleviating distress through the exploration of the genesis of the distress and how it lays out in the present day.

Practice description

The sessions are offered from my Private Practice in Chiswick, West London, or online via Teams.

My first session

The initial session is an assessment of what is being contended with. It also offers the opportunity for peole to have some experience of how I work in order that they can make a decision whether it is the right fit for them.
